dealer fees + first month's payment = $1232.02 (I have the option of rolling them in to the lease and increase monthly payment slightly).

Caveat is I will have to handle registration & plate transfer in FL on my own (but that is still a significant discount to what the dealers in FL have been quoting vs. when done directly w the DMV).

Guessing you went to GA, then? Still a big doc fee.
Land Rover Financial should get you all the paperwork you need for registration.

Pretty reasonable deal for a $48K Land Rover

Can someone help me navigate the incentives listed from the Edmunds main TMV page for an 18 models? I am seeing:
$4k customer cash
$1k and a $1.5k sales event lease offers (is this difft offers based on trim level?)
$1k Winter event offer and
$1k and $2k lender offers (maybe for finance purchases but not leases?)

Which of these are available on 18 SE's and HSE's and can they be combined?

I am also seeing some ads and testimonials claiming over $8k off including discount and incentives, but TMV is not really that close, at least for the builds that I did. I am just trying to understand what to expect and would appreciate your thoughts.

For leases, I see $1000 winter event bonus and up to $2750 lease incentives, depending on trim.

The other incentives are likely for purchase only.

That's typical for a Land Rover dealer. Just tell them you aren't making any deals with a marked up money factor. And be prepared to find another dealer, or another make/model.

That's typical for a Land Rover dealer. Just tell them you aren't making any deals with a marked up money factor. And be prepared to find another dealer, or another make/model.

Thanks will do. Yeah I’ve dealt with many dealers but nothing like this. With so many 2018/ and loaners they should be lucky anyone is willing to actually buy considering most dealers have only 2019. Will let you know how it goes. Thanks.

Thanks so much Michaell! The dealer originally quoted .00051 for the money factor and I called them out on it. They didn’t reply but then tonight right before closing they said they’d honor the .00001 MF. It helped they still had a lot of 2018’s on their lot but without your info I wouldn’t have known how much they had marked it up. 😊

To one of the questions about adjusting for mileage on demo cars, I don’t know the formula but I know one LR dealer was deducting $1250 off the residual for 4,100 miles. Maybe a coincidence but it seemed like they just took the 30 cents per overage miles and multiplied it by # of miles on the vehicle.

The $575 lease cash is a LR to dealer incentive.
The Winter sales event cash is a customer rebate.
