    Are there 2020s on the lots? If so, then they probably have a lease program, but we just don't have it.

    5% lease rate on a CRV is crazy! I remember when I got my 2017, the lease rates were super low with the new generation. Now, everybody wants SUV's. They are killing themselves with the payments.

    Nothing to clarify. Many Honda, and all Acura, models have this same MF.

    I've seen MF's over .00300, this past month, from other manufacturers.

    It's what the market will bear, apparently.

    Don't like it? Shop another brand.

    I am in the market for a Honda CRV AWD EX-L, presently in Los Angeles.
    Here's the quote i got from a dealer(He didn't let me take the quote home, but this is kinda rounded off):

    Price: 31571
    Protection Package: 760
    Alarm: ~1000
    Documentation+ other fees(there was a breakdown) = 500.

    Total: 33831
    Tax of 9.5% : 3213.945
    Total OTD: 3213.945= 37000 .

    Please do let me know what you think of this..

    What is the MSRP?

    Protection package and alarm simply add to the payment, for very little value.

    Lots of Honda dealers in and around LA; might be easier to find one without the junk added to it.
