2020 BMW 3-Series Lease Deals and Prices

Hello again Michael,
The car is a Pre-Owned 2020 BMW 3 Series 330i sdrive for sale in zip 85054, 4125 miles - they say is a courtesy vehicle, carfax is showing a lease. I've found the car online and this is the first deal structure they've sent me. The online price is $42,900.
Could you pls take a look and let me know what you think about the discount, MF, cap fee (is that a garbage fee?) and the residual %?
I feel the discount should be more consistent.

I'd shoot for at least 15% off MSRP. Then, subtract the incentive

Hey Mods. When I was looking at my Corporate Sales Program website last month it seemed to indicate a $500 credit combinable with most other incentives except the USAA/Penfed category. This month when I look it lists a $2000 which it states is combinable with Lease/APR/Cash credits, but not Loyalty or Conquest. I'm also still seeing $500 listed on the BMW USA website.

Looking at a 2020 330i 36/10 in 32804 if it helps.

Has something changed since last month?

It may help to know that right now I have negotiated incentives of 750 lease credit, 500 Corp Sales, 1000 Conquest for a total of $2,250. Should I be asking for the advertised 2000 Corp Sales + 750 Lease for a total of 2750 in incentives?

yeah the tax is about $2525, which Oklahoma wants up front.....but other than that do you feel this is a good deal or an ok deal ?

The state collects the money up front, but it doesn't mean you have to give it to the dealer in cash. You can add the tax amount to the selling price and make the tax part of the monthly payment, which is our recommendation.

It never hurts to push for a bigger discount from sticker. And, if you have the option, shop multiple dealers. Have them compete against each other for your business.
