If you take one part of the program, you take it all. So, if you take current incentives, you also take the current APR and residual.

On a $63K MSRP Reserve 1 AWD (or RWD), $0 due at signing true sign and drive, with dealer making 1st payment, and everything including taxes rolled into the deal, the best I am finding on a 15K miles/year lease, 39 month lease is $905/month. This includes the $1000 conquest cash rebate available that i qualify for and $5000 dealer discount for a total of $6K discount for $57K sell price.

Leases in TX will always be bad due to the tax obligation.
Ask them for the adjusted cap cost, with taxes and fees rolled in.
