Hey everyone, I've been thinking about getting leasing an M340i, the car I want has an MSRP of about 64-65K. Hi,

Here in SoCal, BMW dealers just started reopening. I need to replace my current 2017 330e, which has a 36m lease that is expiring. I'm looking for any incentives as well as the SoCal MF and RS on the 2020 330i and 2020 330ix for a 36 mo, 15k per year lease. I have grandfathered MSDs on the outgoing lease that I would be willing to roll into the new lease to buy down the MF, if they still do that.

I am at a dealer and they have the Residual at 57%.

Due at signing is $3,779.95.
They didn't give me the exact breakout, but from my own work I think it's something like this:
Virginia Sales Tax: 1,487
Lease Acquisition Fee: 925
BS Dealership Processing Fee: 619
Title/tags/etc: 119
First Payment: 519 (of which I'll pay only 500 - I need to find out if they are going to reduce the upfront cost by the $500)

This is in zip code 22020

Up until now, I've been too lazy to shop other BMW dealers (I have been shopping other manufactures) but will start looking around.

If the selling price is the same as the adjusted CAP cost, payment should be $489/mo.

With just a 5.5% discount from MSRP, there is no excuse for a money factor markup.

I'd want at least 7% off MSRP, and the base MF.
That would make the discount $3415, and with the base MF, a payment of $469/mo.

Can someone please tell me how to calculate the adjustment to the RV for a 330i DEMO car lease 36/10k. Also, can you confirm my understanding that the demo car will lease with the same MF and incentives as a new 330i; the only lease variable that gets adjusted is the RV. Zip 92705 . Thank you.

.25/mile for all miles over 500.

However, if the car has between 5000-7499 miles, subtract 7% from the standard RV, plus the mileage adjustment. And, no lease incentives apply.
