    Looking for MF & Residual for a 36/12 on a 2019 Atlas SE W/Tech zip code is 18902. The dealership just came back to me at $560/month. That seems insanely high for a leftover 2019 when they are showing discounts of $6,195 off MSRP even before negotiation.

    If I plug in the prices from that worksheet, I get $657/mo.

    Even with $2000 out of pocket, that wouldn't knock the payment down $100/mo.

    The quote from the dealer looks good, by comparison.

    If you can get the dealer to share with you a copy of their lease worksheet, that would be the best.

    Can someone please confirm that MF is negotiable? The dealer I am trying to work a deal with is saying the MF is non-negotiable and it is 0.00207. This is for a 2021 Atlas SEL Premium 36/12. Also they are implying that there is no $700 incentive, is that considered an Untaxed incentive (if using the leasehackr calculator)?

    Taxes: 1,586.50 (6.625%)
    Doc Fees: 499 + tire fee 7.50
