    Just signed a lease yesterday (10/22/20):

    MSRP: $39,216
    Discounted Price: $34,441
    MF: .00135
    Residual: 64%

    $1000 down
    $400/mo
    36mo / 10k

    I negotiated with 7 local dealers, and this was by far the best discounted price (next best was $35,802). They threw in some fees which I couldn't negotiate away completely, but I was happy to get to my target lease payment of $400/mo.

    I plan on going in an working a lease deal with the dealership this week.

    So I am better prepared, are the quoted MF and residuals shown here from Subaru Financial or some other source.

    I'm trying to anticipate the dealer marking up a rate or two.
