    Thats good to see if the $500 lease credit is still running. Is that for certain? On the Incentives page it does not list that anymore. Also, be aware, it seems the Conquest money is also still available this month.

    Thats good to see if the $500 lease credit is still running. Is that for certain? On the Incentives page it does not list that anymore. Also, be aware, it seems the Conquest money is also still available this month.

    This Road Home promotion seems to be in effect here in the Central Florida area zip 32837 for a 21 X7 x40i I see $2500 credit + $500 lease + $1000 Conquest. I don't see $3500 but it does say UP TO $3500. Might be a different promotion. Not always easy to decipher what is what. Problem seems to be that this $2500 is not good on leases. That is likely what I will do when the car comes in later this month. I'll work the numbers and see if I can benefit from a finance deal and a flip in 4 years. But I doubt it. Leasing is almost always cheaper, plus less exposure to risk for depreciation in the event of a reportable crash.

    @keithcphilly is there a doc fee in the deal?

    IMHO, the dealer is making a killing (over $6K profit as it is) on this deal... and if there is a doc fee, that's pure profit, too. I would negotiate more... Is this BMW of Devon?

    I've leased them almost 10 years ago. They were okay (some haggling but fine), but they got bought out by Sloane a few years ago... No one that I know is there but I heard that things got better with the Sloane management... I was just curious.

    Current BMW programs expire 11/30.

    There may be a short grace period where you will still qualify for the loyalty; confirm the terms with your dealer.

    Generally, if you've been a customer of BMWFS within the last six months, you'll qualify for any loyalty offer, if available.
