Money factor is base, and if it's 12K/yr, the residual is also correct.

What is the MSRP?

With those numbers I get $346/mo... Not much different.. make sure that the 1st payment, taxes and fees actually add up to $1750.

I believe that sales tax (8% in NY) is part of the CDD; why there might be a difference;
also, can you please post MF and residual for 24/36 months and for 10K/12K/15K miles?

Same money factor..

Residuals are 60% for 24/15 and 52% for 36/15.

Add 2% for 12K/yr or 3% for 10K/yr

Yes... It's mandatory... They'll waive it, if you lease another Infiniti

I think I know how I don't get $346 monthly - right after "Depreciation of $13,348.85" I see "Rent of $579.15", which adds up to "Total of base payments of $13,928".
What is "Rent"? I hope that is not mandatory.

Lease payments are made up of two components: depreciation and finance charges..

The "rent" is the finance portion of the lease..

Just wondering what the difference would be to take the model without NAV and how aggressive I could get? Seems like they want to move these cars.

Subtract 1% from the 39/10 residual to get the 39/12 residual.

The deal I'm being offered has selling price of $31800 on MSRP of $38300. $319/329 a month + $1266/1276 out of pocket (tags, acquisition, first month) for 39/10 and 39/20 respectively. I know there's more wiggle in this deal. Maybe like $500-1000 or so. Payment is before state taxes. Still debating between this car and something else.

Lease is in NJ and for a 39/12 lease I did $700 out of pocket and $375/month. They also wrote a check for $975 for the balance of my other lease which wasn't over yet. Those numbers include all fees, taxes etc. I can give more details if any of you want.

Total Out of Pocket: $1100 (includes first month and the other junk)
Payment: $281 + tax = $298

I am happy as a clam. I LOVE this car.......

I got the car at Douglas Infiniti in Summit NJ. If you PM me I will give you more info and the name of the salesman I used. I did a lot of research and just went in with my price and they agreed to it. It was a very smooth and easy transaction.

Was that when the Q50 was being released? Infiniti was inflating the residuals greatly to get rid of the G37's at that time.

Was that when the Q50 was being released? Infiniti was inflating the residuals greatly to get rid of the G37's at that time.

I am not too sure, but it was May of 2013 that I leased the G.

Payment: $329.41 + 20.59 tax = $350

I think the 8 feet of snow in Massachusetts in the last 4 weeks has the dealers ready to deal!

Same as Michaell has been quoting: .00008 and 51% which is $20,581. This was my first lease with them.

I can't imagine there being a lot of foot traffic at the dealers if you have to navigate through gigantic piles of snow just to see the inventory.

I am thinking of waiting until March numbers are re leased and maybe they will have some lease lolalty incentives and/ or the pull ahead program since March is the end of infinitis fiscal year. What do you guys think? When do these numbers typically get released to you ?

The new program numbers will start next Tuesday (3/3/15). We should hopefully have them sometime later next week.

So these guys are not budging on this price and I checked out another dealer and they were within a few dollars without me even mentioning the deal I had already gotten (also picking up last 2 payments on current G lease). They did not want to go any lower either so I walked.

Do you think I have any room to negotiate? Would I be better off waiting until new numbers come out next week?

It's always a gamble waiting for the next month's numbers; they may change in a way that works against you. If you've got two dealers offering you basically the same deal, I suspect that's as good as it's going to get.

I just want to thank everyone on this site.  All the information that has been provided was extremely useful on my new all awd q40 with nav and moonroof package lease that I just agreed upon today.

My deal was this:
msrp: 41200
Cap cost of 33,260.  I asked for the same price that dsheib had posted above.  I emailed the closest dealer around me and they agreed to that price even though msrp was higher.
lease term was 39 month / 10k miles per year
$955 for all out the door costs.
My deal came out to be $333 a month with nothing out the door for a PA lease which includes the 9.0% PA tax.
 

I never could have imagined I could get this car for that price.
