Bit confused here. Dealer seems to disagree, says there is no 39-month program on X5 :-/
Try a different dealer and see if you get the same story or not.
2 different dealers now saying the same thing. "Every other model except for X3/X5 has a 39-month program".
I stand corrected .. just went back and took a closer look at the documents we have. X3 and X5 promotions are indeed for 36 months.
I must have a case of the Mondays....
Are the rates correct, but just for 36mo instead of 39mo. I posted similar question on another post, just found this post. What are the 36mo rates and are there any incentives? Looking for 36/10k. Thanks
What is the November residual and MF for X5 35d, 12K/yr and 10K/yr for 36 mos? Is BMW offering any customer cash and/or loyalty money? Is BMW offering any pull ahead program this month for BMW owners? What discount off MSRP (or invoice) should I realistically expect to get on the X5 Diesel? Thank you

.00130 MF and 58%/59% residual.
No incentives, no pull ahead.
No idea what you can get, but the X5 is very popular and they don't have any trouble moving them..
I'm on the market for 2015 x5i/x5d. Anyone can share possible discount from the MSRP on x5i/x5d? Car I'm looking to get is about 63K. Dealers are promising to match the true car offer of 68K ($5000 below) Has anyone gotten better deals?
Should I wait for December deals/Holiday cash etc.?

Answered in the other thread ... however, BMW has introduced their holiday bonus cash this month.
has anything changed yet. IS MF any lower? I'm looking for a 36/10K and would pull the trigger faster if MF was a bit lower or more incentives. Seems to be the sweet spot is 36 months at this MF. I actually want a shorter term .

No..nothing has changed. If you are waiting for incentives on a new X5, it is likely to be a long wait.
You have covered the 36/mo leases. What are the MF and residual value for a 48 month lease for 15K miles. I assume it will still be the 2/3% adjustments to RV for 12K & 10K at the 48 mo lease terms.

46% for xDrive35i - 48/15. Yes, same mileage adjustments apply.
Just ordered a vehicle and thought I'd share what I was able to get on my lease.
X5 xDrive35i Luxury Line Cold Weather Premium Pkg Rear View Camera 451-style 20" wheels Alpine White, Black Dakota, Poplar Trim MSRP $62,500 Selling Price $58485.15 Acq fee $725 Gov fees $155.45 Doc Fee $ 112 Taxes $2601
36 Months, 15K miles, 0.0013 MF, 56% RV with only the first payment due at signing (I rolled all the fees into the payment)
$875/month
They gave me three options as it relates to my $12K trade in.
Option 1: just cut a check for the $12K and have a payment of $875 (with all fees rolled into this payment) Option 2: max out the security deposit ($5950) to reduce MF to 0.00081 and have payments at $824 with them cutting a check now of $5225.46 (and then getting my $5950 at the end of the lease) Option 3: max out the security deposit, pay all the fees up front and have payments of $802 with them cutting a check now of $4457.80 (and then getting my $5950 at the end of the lease)

Any thoughts/suggestions on those options?
I would recommend either option 2 or 3 .. the reduction in your payment due to the MSD will result in a nice return, since you'll get the $5950 back at the end of the lease.

BMW supported money factors are only applicable up to 42 month terms. Anything longer than that, and you have to use the standard money factor, which is higher.. 42 months is likely the longest term that would be viable.
I got a quote for a 36mo lease with 15K using a 57% residual value and a money factor of .00184 and 7% off MSRP. The price discount is good just about invoice, but the MF is horrible and the residual is 1% higher than stated in prior posts. Any thoughts about the higher residual?

Yeah... that's weird. Is the quote from November, or last month? I only ask because the MF was .00129 last month, which kind of fits in with .00184, if you add in markups.. and, maybe some waivers? (Acquisition fee waiver?).
The RWD model X5 (not common) has a residual of 57%.
No it's from this month, just yesterday. I am getting quotes all over the board with higher residual values and some lower. I got a quote with 54% residual for 36mo/15K miles. I also supposedly got a quote with a .0012 MF, but when I use that MF, I can't get to their listed payment. I didn't think they had any ability to change the residual factors. I thought those were strictly set by BMWFS, they were 3 years ago when I lease my last car. My guess is that they quote that to a customer (because they can just day that it's set by BMWFS) and then when they do the final paperwork they use the right residual value and then adjust the MF to get back to the payment they quoted (no where in the lease doc does it list the MF, just the $ of rent charge and most people don't know how to calculate it). I am very well versed in leasing because I used to work in the industry many years ago, so I know how to calculate a lease payment. No one seems to want to quote the buy rate of .0013, everyone is adding dealer participation to BMWFS base rate. The average consumer really needs to pay attention and I am afraid a lot of people are getting hosed.

Agreed that the dealer is not allowed to modify the residual .. that is set by BMWFS.
Base MF for all BMW's in November is .00130, as noted above.
Turns out the one quote with 57% residual used the Sdrive not the Xdrive even though the invoice was for an XDrive. That explains the 57%. The other quote is at 54%, so I can't wait to hear what they have to say about that. I have MF quotes that go as high as .0017 MF and .00184.

.00170 is the maximum that the dealer can charge, I believe.
Yes Money Factor is 0.0013 But I got another offer today: 2014 35i xDrive MSRP $64,950 Sale Price $57,450 This car has $3700 miles. Looks to me that this is even a better deal. 36M 10K @58% MF 0.0120
Not sure how these mile are calculated by the dealer in case of the lease?
What's the MSRP and selling price? Does that include tax? If so, what state and tax rate?
A little convoluted but I was getting a quote of $1046 for an x50i with msport package, cold weather, spare tire, and rear shades with a MSRP of $74500 and a selling price of 71520 (4% off MSRP). This quote was with MSD of $7K and i think MF .00129. The tax rate was 6%.
I now have a $78800 MSRP @ the same price but with executive package at the same monthly payment.

.00130 MF and 56% residual. With 7 MSDs, the money factor should be .00081, provided they aren't marking it up...
The first deal is $919/mo.+tax, assuming all other costs are paid upfront.. and the base MF with max MSDs.
I'm finally taking delivery of my 2015 xDrive35i this week after quite a wait. Any difference in the december MF/RV and are there any available incentives? I'm looking for 12k/yr, which I believe was 0.00130/58% last month.
