Hard to say .. what is the MSRP and adjusted cap cost of the new vehicle?

And, you're confident that you have $1000 positive equity in your existing lease and they aren't adding any negative equity to the new transaction?

I am looking to get some numbers on a 2016 Acura MDX Tech. I live in NJ

MSRP: $50,380

Looking at 3 years 45k

Looking to put down no more the 2k (that includes security, 1st month and bank fees)

Currently own an Acura so there should be some sort of loyalty incentive.

What would be a good price monthly for what I described. Thanks

Invoice is 47,227 I would think that would be a price I could get with the 17 redesign coming in soon. Im just looking to get something of reference before I go into the dealer.

Also is the lease cash able to be combined with the loyalty incentive?

I get $543/mo plus tax with those prices.

No lease cash this month - just the loyalty incentive (or equivalent conquest incentive).

Thanks for the info. I believe the current deals end May 2nd. I will wait to see if there is lease cash for the next round of incentives.

Looking to lease 2016 mdx sh-awd w/ tech msrp 50,210 I was quoted cap cost 48764 residual 58% and mf .0001.  Taxes are 7%. 36/10 sign and drive with base monthly $570.  There was also an acquisition fee of $595.  Is this a good deal?

There is $1000 lease cash on this model, but the dealer picks up the first payment. The only way to get a better deal is to negotiate a lower selling price.. The calculations and lease variables are good.

March 1st was the latest update to the information. 36/15 residual on base MDX is 57%, MF is .00020

(3) If cap cost = $47k, can you estimate monthly payments with $0 down? VA sales tax = 4.1%

2. We don't track selling prices; use the "make / model / year" pull downs at the top of the page to link to the price tools, or read back through the last page or two of this discussion to see what others have paid
3. With those prices, I get $509/mo if you pay all taxes and fees up front.

The lease is 36 months, 15000 miles per year. Payment of $396.94 includes all tax and fees. No first payment. Trading in 2015 MDX base model with 21 payments left.

$1000 lease cash.

We recommend not using trade equity to lower the cap cost - if the car is stolen or totaled, you lose that money.

MF and RV for 36/12 on awd w/tech/entertainment/acurawatch, and the awd advanced w/entertainment. april rates are fine if may isn't available yet

Is the 1k lease cash still available? Not sure how it works, does it act as cap reduction, or do they cut me a 1k check when I close?

I am simultaneously going to purchase an odyssey when leasing this pilot to get a better deal. Think I can somehow get the 1k loyalty bonus as well? Does that bonus work the same way as the incentive?
