The lease cash is a dealer incentive. Use that knowledge to negotiate a lower selling price.

Those are the correct MF and residual amounts.

What is the MSRP and adjusted cap cost?

Payment seems high given you are paying all the fees and such up front, but need the prices to be sure.

I get $637/mo with those prices.

That's about a $400 difference to your monthly payment quote.

The dealer is in Houston rather. Autonation Acura. He had quoted $391/mo. for 36/15k (Including all taxes and fees) with zero down. But we ended up leasing a base with acurawatch plus for $396/mo.

$0 down. That take care of your first month and registration.
12 k a year
36 months term
$501.79 + tax = $546.95

It does sound high. I leased the same car last week at 36/15 for $396/mo. with nothing down. Plus I turned in a 2015 MDX 22 months early. Ask for 15%off MSRP plus any rebates  (lease cash, loyalty cash, etc). I hope that helps and good luck.

Sorry, I was quoting you the wrong MF. The MF for the MDX is .00020 for regular leases, .00010 for 'sign and drive'. No difference based on trim level.

The residuals I gave you are correct.

Sorry, I was quoting you the wrong MF. The MF for the MDX is .00020 for regular leases, .00010 for 'sign and drive'. No difference based on trim level.

Just sharing the deal I closed yesterday:

2016 AWD w/Tech
MSRP: 50,380
Cap cost: 45,500
12K/56%

They used lease cash, hocus pocus, and the $500 graduate cash. I paid $520 to drive off. Payments of $550 (including all fees & NYC tax of 8.87%) start next month. Very satisfied.  Very lean deal. Thanks for all the insight.

Correct. Base trim is excluded from $1000 lease cash.

There is a difference between using trade equity as capitalized cost reduction (down payment) versus using it to cover up front fees and taxes.

In your case, using it to address the tax on the full vehicle price makes sense; alternatively, you could add that tax amount to the cap cost and spread it out over the lease term.

If you choose the latter, simply have the dealer cut you a check for the equity.

6.75% Upfront Sales Tax - $1348.75 [ I don't know why this is not included in the monthly payment. Could be an OH thing ?]

Cap, Lic, Title - $250
Down Payment - $750

Cap. Cost - $50,027.75

Residual Value - 57% - $29856.60 [57% at 10KMI for Tech+Ent, what is it for 12KMI]

Monthly Payment - $593.06

Even if I use edmunds calculators, it comes down to around $600. Is this correct ?

Lastly he calculates $32.75 + $560.31 (Monthly Depreciation). Does anyone know what this $32.75 is?

What are the details of the "sign and drive" lease option?  I'm looking at 40991 price on 45955 msrp for awd base.  This has the .00010 MF and no-rebate. 

I'm told the regular program has the .00020 MF and a $750 rebate (also available if finance). 

What's the delta on these program?  For sin and drive, is a payment rolled into cap cost or waived or payments calculated based on 35?
