Nope, its offered by Acura Financial Services. It is, however, a factory to dealer incentive; the dealer is under no obligation to pass it along to you.

Michaell - so I had another dealer call me and say that they received more incentives from Acura to get me down to $470 / month taxes included and rolling in my negative equity from my trade in. Is this even possible or are they just trying to get me in the door? As you can see I already took delivery of the car at $515 / month, shoudl I be kicking myself in the backside for this deal?

Once you buy a car, stop shopping for one.

Seriously, it's all just talk until you actually sign a contract. Who knows what this dealer might say to get you to come in?

After weeks and weeks of research (which includes everything I learned from this forum) and playing the email game with a few different dealers, I'm happy to say I've just finalized a lease for a 2016 MDX!

I got the FWD model w/ Tech and AcuraWatch+ for a gross cap cost of $43,300, which included the $1000 lease cash. I also used a Private Offer Certificate I got in the mail from Acura for another $2000 off. I then put $2,000 down for the 36 month/30K mile lease and will pay $368.80 a month. Including taxes, my monthly payments will be $398.30.

I think I got a pretty good deal and think dealers are pretty aggressive about moving out the outgoing models.

I just left a dealer in NC that I felt was pretty transparent about deal details and the deal in general was solid. However, he said that the $750 flex cash expired end of May and was not carried forward into June. A couple of the posts above seem to indicate flex cash deals are still being offered elsewhere this month. Michaell/kyfdx, any idea of the veracity on flex cash in June? Thanks!

$1000 lease cash, available on all MDXs, except base model.

NC and the tax rate is 3% on the payments, but there's also tax on the doc fee, etc as of about a year ago.

NC and the tax rate is 3% on the payments, but there's also tax on the doc fee, etc as of about a year ago.

3% tax takes the payments to roughly $632 per month. Still quite a difference from the dealer Quote.

I would still get the adjuster capitalized cost from the dealer

Yes, Texas charges sales tax against the entire selling price; makes lease payments expensive relative to other states.

I have a dealer telling me that the sign and drive money factor cannot be used when a) you qualify for Acura loyalty cash of $1k or b) you're trading in a vehicle. Their reasoning was that you can't use the .0001 mf when making a cap reduction, which is how the loyalty cash is factored into the deal. That doesn't smell right - thoughts?

No idea. But, I doubt the dealer would put you off that program, if you qualified, otherwise.
