Are you tier 1 or tier 1+? There is a difference with Lexus; 1+ is 720 or higher score. MF for the IS on tier 1 is .00100, which the dealer can mark up for extra profit.

I would guess i am tier 1+ but i doubt he ran my credit to find out which tier i was in. What is the MF for Tier 1+? And can Tier 1+ be marked up?

Does anyone know the residuals and money factors for 2015 IS250 in Ohio. So far I've been quoted 65% residual with .00095 MF on a IS250 F Sport ($45,775 MSRP, $1599 down, $1417 Preferred Customer Discount, $950 Manufacturer Rebate), 36 month/10k mile; and 64% rv/ .00095 mf for a 36 month/12k. My credit is Tier1+.

.00055 MF and residuals are correct. I only show $500 lease cash, but the rest of it could be for the complimentary 1st payment.

3% isn't much of a discount.. You didn't mention the payment quote, and whether it includes tax.

The quote I got so far is.. 46k msrp - 41000 selling price - 36 month lease - 10k per year at 360 per month BUT they want 1000 down and that covers first payment..

Does this look like a good deal? Also why do they want the 1000 if I don't pay it would my monthly go up by much?

I don't have any news on new model year introductions, or what the changes might be. The current lease program is good through August, if you want to wait, though.

Felt it was a good deal considering I wanted a white one with no nav and the dealership is doing a swap with a lexus dealership in VA. Every bank has a disposition fee at end of lease. Tire wear is measured. It's important to have a lease return inspection done a few weeks before end of lease, so that you will know the charges.

You might have to educate the sales guy / finance guy on MSD's - not every dealer is familiar with them.

You would have to confirm with the dealer if the $500 lease cash is included, but I would say yes.
