Could someone please confirm the money factor reduction per MSD for Lexus?

My dealer in Wisconsin told me it's 0.0008 for each MSD applied and I can apply up to 9 MSDs.

Came back from my local dealership yesterday and their quote on the IS 250 was 63% on residual and a MF of 0.003, which brought the payment to $740 p/month on a 36/10. I told them the MF was inflated, and they said the lowest they could go would be 0.0026. no need to say i walked away, but I just wanted to confirm what the base MF is and if that is available in every region.

That agrees with what we know of the Lexus MSD program.

Hmm .. 36/10 residual on the 2015 IS250 is 64% and the base MF this month is .00170. Dealer can mark up the MF but that seems excessive.

There is $2500 lease cash available on the IS this month, as well.

Time to reach out to a different dealer; only takes one to meet your terms.

They took 4k off the MSRP, and said they could get closer to 490 (after the initial quote of 740), but i walked away regardless.

Not much incentive to lease a leftover 2015, that's for sure.

Lexus only adjusts residuals quarterly. The residuals from October will be good through the end of the year.

24/10 numbers:
2015 IS250 AWD - 71% and .00170. $2500 dealer cash.
2016 IS300 AWD - 74% and .00100

I believe Lexus allows 9 MSDs, each of which reduce the MF by .00008. Minimum MF of .00005 allowed.

I deleted the contact information, as it's not allowed.

Hard to tell on a lease transfer, but if this was a new (untitled) car, we would want to know the MSRP and the negotiated selling price.

Are there standard prices on extra miles purchased at the beginning of the lease?
And also, are there any incentives this month for leasing a 2015 IS?

60% and .00180. No incentives.

Extra miles are .20 per, deducted from the calculated residual.
