    seems high... Thoughts??
was looking for $400 per month or less based on other posts.
    They state payment includes tax

Wow, that lease sheet is very vague. Where are the fees (bank fee, dealer fee)? Where are the taxes (what state and tax rate is this)? Where is the first payment? So many holes ....

Using the MSRP and net selling price (with the rebate included), along with the 65% residual for 36/10 and .00075 MF, I get a pre-tax payment of $399/mo.

Ask the dealer what the net cap cost is - I'm certain it will be higher than the selling price. Find out what's been added to it.

    7.1% tax in Missouri
they told me this was all in- everything for the 489 (includes tax)
only have to pay 574 on delivery which has 1 advance payment
ill ask tomorrow about net cap but assume it's same as selling price for now
i was thinking of going back at 420, to aggressive?

Don't negotiate the payment - negotiate the selling price and make sure you understand all the fees.

@tmill2121 can you share which dealership that was? I am also in Missouri, and was curious. Did they have a large inventory of IS 250? I was looking into leasing one closer to December, but I am afraid they may not have it anymore... thanks

I would say it is unlikely that any dealer will have a 2015 IS250 in December.

We don't have any 2016 Lexus lease information. Perhaps in October.

There may not be many on the ground, if Lexus has pulled support for it.

May I interest you in a nice 2016 IS200t?

    Hello,

The Lexus IS300 thread doesn't appear to be current so I'm hoping go gain some insight here. I received the following lease quote today:

    2016 Lexus IS300

    MSRP - $47,263
    Discount - $1,600
    Sale Price - $45,663
    Doc Fee - $75
    Tax - $1,179.76 (upstate NY)
    Non-Tax Fee - $22.50
    Net Price - $46,920.26

    Term - 36 months
    Mileage - 10,000/yr
    Residual - $31,666.21 (67% I believe based on MSRP)
    Money Factor - $.00125
Down Payment - $2,000 (no breakout provided)
    Monthly Payment - $490

Can you please let me know if this is a decent deal? I suspect the MF to be inflated, and think a better "discount" can be negotiated as well.

    Thank you!

    .00105 MF and 67% residual

Running the numbers, they almost have to be using the base .00105 MF. Otherwise, the payment would be higher than your quote.

Assuming that the $2000 goes to first payment + $700 acquisition fee, leaving about $700 for CAP cost reduction (after upfront tax).

I agree.. the discount is where you want to work on the price. A breakdown of that $2000 and disclosure of the adjusted CAP cost will shed some light on the small variances.

I've been unable to get a complete breakdown of the $2000 down payment as of yet, but they did confirm that the first month's payment and $700 acquisition fee are included. They did provide the adjusted CAP cost - $46,430. Hopefully this will help. Thanks again!

The numbers are pretty close.. The markup in the MF from the base of .00105 to .00125 is sort of eating up the extra downpayment money in your $2000 upfront.

I'd think you could push for the base MF, or the same deal with only $1300-1400 upfront, and that would be fair. That's not a big discount, and with the slight MF markup, they should have some money to play with.

The MF is the standard rate from Lexus ... no way to discount it other than to use MSD.

Yes, the 2016 will be cheaper to lease than the 2015, if the prices are the same.

    64% and .00170. $2500 dealer cash.

Does the $2500 dealer cash apply to F Sport models as well?

Thanks again for your help! I ended up with the following deal:

    MSRP - $47,263
    Discount - $2,289
    Sale Price - $44,974
    Doc Fee - $75
    Non-Tax Fee - $22.50
    Acquisition Fee - $700
    Net Price - $45,771.50

    Tax - 8%
    MF - .00125
    Residual - $31,666.21

    10k/36mo
    $2,000 down - 1st mo incl.
    $465/mo

How does this deal look to you?

    .00105 MF and 64%/63% residual for 36mo, 15K/yr for 300/350 model.

You'll have to check with your Lexus dealer on how they handle mileage above 15K/yr

When are the current values for IS 250 2015 model good thru? Is the dealer cash only valid for the 250 model?

Lexus numbers are valid through 11/2/15. $2500 lease cash is good for both 2015 IS250 and IS350.

There is some further progress and this is where I am at right now with the Lexus IS 300 F Sport (36/15):

    MSRP: 46,448
    Negotiated Price: 44,631
    Lease Incentive (December): 500
    Acquisition Fee: 472.00
    Residual Value: 64%
    Money Factor: 0.0009
Money Factor with MSDs: 0.00019 (APR 0,48%)
    Tax Rate: 5,6%

Monthly Payment: $462 / per month

My calculations say $438 per month and he said he would improve it a bit more to get closer to this number. In the end I think I will be around $450. These numbers are based on the December deals that start halfway November. The dealer said that there will be a $500 dollar rebate for sure (which is included already in the calculations) and that most likely the 1st month will be on them too.

    What do you guys think?

I'm a bit confused ... how is the dealer able to quote lease numbers from November when they haven't been released yet?

    Hello!

Trying to find out if I have a good deal. Looking at a 2016 IS 300 AWD in NJ. The MSRP is $42,858.00. With $2,000 total down out of pocket (not sure of breakout) for a 10K/36Month lease I was quoted $390 a month. I was told they are way below dealer invoice at this price. I personally think this was a fair price judging from what I have seen posted. What other information should I gather to find out if this is a good deal? Thanks!
