Anyone get a good quote for lease in texas? I am looking for base is250 rwd.. with back up camera.. what is the general rule of thumb on the price of the total adjust cap cost? I know I will get MF of .001.. tax is 6.25%.. 64% for 12k lease/36 months. What is the last I need to negotiate for?
If I decide to make a trade in.. should this complicate the deal? Can I just ask them to cut me a check?

You have to negotiate a selling price... And, yes, you can definitely ask them to cut a check for your trade.
Looking to lease a IS250 F Sport in KY or TN. We mostly only get AWD here and I really want to go to TN for a RWD. Is the risidual better on AWD vs RWD or the same? Current money factors for KY? Looking for a 27 or 36 month lease at 10k miles a year.

Residuals are the same for RWD or AWD .. 71% for 27/10 or 65% for 36/10.
MF is regional, but we've seen .00050 and .00070 for the IS.
Based on current numbers, and a 36 month, 10k miles a year lease, what would be a good target payment to strive for with $0 down? 2015 IS 250 F Sport, with navigation or without.
Anyone done an actual $0 down lease, what numbers did you receive? Most people are to be putting something down.

$0 down or $0 out of pocket? They aren't the same thing. You have the first payment, bank fee, dealer fee and license or tag costs due at signing. Or you can roll them into the cap cost.
Must be mark up, credit is 789. Thanks for the info.
Yeah, the dealer I'm working with said my money factor was .00145 even though I am tier 1+. When I ran the calculation, the actual money factor was .00168. He said that the gap insurance was rolled into that money factor and that the .0005 - .00075 were base rates and that is does not include gap insurance. I would if since this is 0 down, no 1st payment lease, did they roll the 1st payment into the money factor??? I'm in no rush. I'll buy when the deal is right.
On this site, the target price for a 2015 IS250 F Sport with just blind spot and rear camera is $38,832.00 looks to be with destination and everything. I'm guessing dealer fee's, lexus lease fee's and such is all on top of that?
Got another quote for a money factor of 0.00125 for 1+ credit. Way higher than the .00050 ang .00070 on here.
I need your help, trying to make sure i get a decent deal. Thinking of leasing an IS250
Deal 1 MSRP $38,080. 12k Miles 36 months. Money Factor .00070 Initial cap cost 34,491. 64% (24371.20) Residual Total amount due at lease start $829.88 ( first Mo 342.24 Plus $29.09 tax, $117.75 Up front dealer doc, tires CA fee, DMV $334.00)
Deal 2 a little less is known but i do have the below..
IS250 LEXUS MONTHS 36 MILES A YEAR 12K MONTHLY PAYMENT $329.17 PLUS TAX = $358.80 MSRP $38,159 SELL $34500 MONEY FACTOR .00070 BANK FEE $700 RESIDUAL $24,442.76 The Lexus has a $500 rebate on it. It is not deducted from the selling price but rather used in the drive offs by putting it in as a cap reduction. So technically it is as if your drive offs are $851.27 plus the rebate of $500 to equal $1,351.27 subtract back the $500 rebate and your out of pocket is $851.27

Those deals are pretty close, I think.. The first one is very clear and has a lot of detail (but, not the selling price). I'd be comfortable with either one.
This is what I'm shooting for....especially with 2016's coming out in the next month or two (my guess).
2015 Lexus IS250 RWD F Sport Package Blind Spot Rear Camera
36 Month Lease 10k Miles a Year MSRP: $41,900.00
With the risidual at 65% from what you said, how do I figure out what the sales price would need to be to get to this payment....assuming money factor of .00050 or .00070.
Goal: $399.00 a month total with $0 down and $0 out of pocket. May do first months payment down if need be.

You need to know what fees and costs will be added to the sales price. Also, what is the sales tax rate where you live, and where is this? Lease tax obligations vary by state.
If I assume 9% tax, then your net cap cost (selling price + fees, etc.) needs to be $38,750 to achieve the $399/mo payment goal.
I'm located in Kentucky. So 6% sales tax that we pay monthly on a lease. I'm guessing the fee added is the $700 lease fee, doc prep looks to be $300-$600 and tags seem to be $90.00

That all sounds about right...
With 6% tax, the net cap cost should be around $39,000 in order to get your payment under $400/mo.
So I got a dealer to give me some real numbers today. I have calculated the payments with the risiduals you guys gave me. can you let me know if this is a good deal?
2015 Is250 AWD F-sport MSRP- 45853 Neg Price- 43600 (Allegedly 300 over invoice) 3500 TOTAL out of pocket 10k a year 0.08625 Sales Tax (NY)
all taxes included (384 Per Month X 36 months)
Is this good?? When i calculate the numbers im getting 352 but i may be doing something wrong...
Im not sure what the other fees are other then 700 bank fee but that number is everything included.

Where are you located? That's definitely not a good deal depending on what market you are in. You should be around 400 or less with very little or zero due at signing. If you haven't already, swing by the clublexus forum and read through the prices paid thread.

What are you basing that off of though? The market is insane here in new York. There is not one is250 f sport white on red in the tri state area lol. But if it is bad tell me why and where it should be

I can't get as low as you do... If I assume $2000 for taxes and acquisition fee, $500 for title/registration, that leaves about $500 of your upfront for CAP cost reduction. Subtracting another $500 for lease cash, I get a CAP cost of $42600. At that number, I get $392/mo.
Dealer in CT is doing the car for 41,000!! Lease works out to 336 with a total of 3,000 out of pocket. Stinks that I have to travel there but , completely blew the dealers near me out of the water.

I guess the NY market isn't as good as I remember it. I'm in CA - we are spoiled with 10-15% off msrp and IS350 payments 425-450 with 500-1000 due at signing. I feel for ya - hope you land a decent deal - good luck!

This site helped me out a lot. I've purchased/leased tons of new cars, but I feel like I'm really starting to understand it. The dealer and myself kept coming up with different payment amounts. They said you can't figure it out on a phone app. Maybe I was doing something wrong, but on the Vehicle Price, I put in the total out the door costs.
So price of car, plus dealer fees, $700 lexus lease fee, and tags/title fees, $38,146.92. I used that as the vehicle price, then the Residual of $27,189.50 (MSRP was $41,830 and 65%), Interest rate of 1.2% (money factor of .00050), a term of 36 months and 6% sales tax. My app gave me a figure of $357.26. $304.37 in depreciation, finance charge of $32.67 and sales tax at $20.22.
Does this come out correct for you? For everything I would get, they would get at least $20 more a month. They also said that Lexus sets the money factor, but I got them from almost 3% down to below 2%.

If this is zero drive off, I get 369. If you don't pay the first payment up front, you must add into the deal - that ticks the payment up a little. Are there any fees that they might be calculating in that you're not aware of - seems to be 250-300 bucks missing somewhere.
They are full of baloney on the phone app - if it's programmed correctly and the right figures are put in, phone apps work just fine.

I think i secured myself a pretty decent deal here in NYC.. 36/12 $430 monthly payment $0 down only paid first month payment and dmv fees out of pocket for a total of $809. For a 2015 Lexus IS 250 AWD F-Sport White with Red Interior.. And they cut me a check for $459 for my last payment on my current lease. Not bad for a 45k vehicle

The Lexus has a $500 rebate on it. It is not deducted from the selling price but rather used in the drive offs by putting it in as a cap reduction. So technically it is as if your drive offs are $851.27 plus the rebate of $500 to equal $1,351.27 subtract back the $500 rebate and your out of pocket is $851.27
