It sounds high to me... Texas charges sales tax on the full selling price, even on a lease.. That makes short term leases expensive, as the tax is amortized over fewer payments..

I think you did fine...no reason to waste time worrying about how much you would have saved. You'll enjoy driving the car long after the financial issues have faded from memory.

Depends on the breakdown of the $3K up front .. every $1K of cap cost reduction reduces your monthly payment by about $28.
Base MF is .00105.
Not sure if the transaction price is gonna work ... keep working at it, and, if possible, get another Lexus dealer involved. Competition is good for you.
Lexus numbers are highly regional ... and, we only have one region. We assume that they are the same throughout the country, but we're never 100% certain.

I would politely but firmly explain to the dealer that I won't sign a deal with an inflated MF.
Residual is fixed by the bank and cannot be modified by the dealer.

The numbers we have show the 24/12 residual on the 2015 IS250 as 73%. These numbers are set to expire on 3/31/15. You sure they aren't quoting you a 27 month term?
