Yes, Ford does leases with APR, but it's 1.75/2400 = .00073 MF

Add 2% for 12K/yr or 3% for 10K/yr. Subtract 2% for 39 months.

I live in Seattle, the tax rate here is 9.5%. The dealer is factoring in 12.29% in the deal.

He wrote this:

"The sales tax showing on the sheet is the total amount that is being charged in upfront taxes rather than the actual tax rate. "

What does this mean? This seems like BS to me?

Not really - we don't recommend making a down payment on a lease - if the car is stolen or totaled, you lose that money.

What is the MSRP? What state is this?

Negotiate the best price you can - you can start your research by using the pricing tools here at Edmunds. "Make / model / year" pull downs at the top of the page.

Getting the lowest selling price you can; that will get you the lowest monthly payment on a lease.
