I'm sorry... is that 1.75% an APR rate? So it is 0.0175/2400=0.00001?

Yes, Ford does leases with APR, but it's 1.75/2400 = .00073 MF

36/15: 55% residual for XLT, 52% for Limited.

    Add 2% for 12K/yr or 3% for 10K/yr. Subtract 2% for 39 months.

And these numbers are for Ford credit? So all of the Ford dealers should be able to provide financing with these numbers?

Ok here is the lease deal, something is off with the tax rate:

    36 month
    565
    $587 payment
    Upfront taxes: 12.29%
    Down: 1000$
    Retail: $51,230
    Sale: $45,392
    Goverment Fee: $273
    Doc fee: $75
    Acquisition Fee: $645
    Net Cap: $45,984

I live in Seattle, the tax rate here is 9.5%. The dealer is factoring in 12.29% in the deal.

    He wrote this:

"The sales tax showing on the sheet is the total amount that is being charged in upfront taxes rather than the actual tax rate. "

What does this mean? This seems like BS to me?

    Anyone?

    Thanks

So far as I know, WA taxes the monthly payment.

Using the price information you've provided, I get a payment of $586/mo with 9.5% tax included. So, only $1 off the quote you got.

Yes, looks like its all good. He said he had a typo in the email. The sales tax he was showing was $12.29 based on the 1000 down payment. It wasnt the tax rate.

This is a good deal to me, I am picking it up Friday.

Thanks for the help from this forum! This is the best car resource I have found.
