    I don't know for sure, but we never hear of dealers selling it as an add-on (like Toyota), so I think it's included.

    I am looking to lease a 2016 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD. Below are the numbers that I got from the dealer. Good deal? I am in Pennsylvania.

    MSRP - $40,140
    Invoice - $38,130
    They said they are giving me $1750 in rebates. I am assuming that is on the invoice price? taking me to $36380 for the price of the vehicle.
    Money Factor: .25%

    36 months/12K - $447 per month with extra $239 due at signing ($686)

    Is this a good deal? I am getting numbers closer to $431 per month. Thanks!

    I wouldn't assume anything with regards to the price. Ask the dealer what the net capitalized cost is, and make sure you understand every number used to get to that amount.

    .25% and 56% for 36/12. PA lease tax is 9%.

    I don't see the acquisition fee mentioned anywhere - my guess is its in the cap cost.

    The dealer can "say" anything they want. I'd want to see it in writing so we can confirm the math. Ask for the net cap cost.

    Hi Michael - I want to lease a Ford Explorer Sport in Michigan.

    I want to make sure I'm getting the absolute lower price on the deal with ZERO out of pocket. I am new to all of this.

    What do you recommend I do and how do I calculate the lowest price? I have seen everyone talk about the lease factor and residual and stuff. Please help I would like to get it within the next month or so.

    (I think $1K lease cash and $1K conquest cash from website).
    Does NY have different #s and incentives (doesn't seem like it, but just double checking)?

    From the ford website link above, it says for the lease offer we need to take delivery by 7/5/2016...can I interpret that to mean that Ford also changes their residuals quarterly?

    The advertised deals are often difficult to obtain - no in-stock units from the dealer, or big cash down payments required.

    As you see, adding the options increases the lease payment.

    However, I think you can negotiate a bigger discount from sticker, and there is $250 lease cash available.

    Reach out to multiple dealers, even if that means you have to drive a bit. Once they start to compete against each other for your business, you'll see the price (and payment) drop.

    Hi, I'm looking at a Platinum MSRP $55,005 with the only options being the paint color and 2nd row bucket seats.

    Edmunds shows TMV of $51,678 with $1950 in incentives for a customer cash TMV of $49,728. However, when I click on the incentives, it shows $1450 customer cash and a bonus $500 cash for the smaller EcoBoost which the Platinum does not have. So it seems like the $1950 is not correct.     Also, does anyone know if my Lexus RX lease qualifies for the $500 Competitive Lease Conquest?

    In April, Michaell quoted MF and RV for the Platinum (36/10) as being 0.25% (.0001) and 55%, is that still accurate?

    If those are still current, using Edmunds TMV values I am getting:
    MSRP 55,005
    CAP COST 49,728
    RV 30253
    MF 0.0001
    Payment = 548.97 + taxes

    Does that seem right? Thank you!
