Can you get cooled front seats in the XLT? The lease deal going on right now with no money down at $409/mo for 36mo here in so-cal looks tempting. I can get everything I want, but I see "heated seats" as the only option! My rental Limited had cooling. Should I wait for a holiday sale and hope there's a similar $0 down deal on a Limited?

I would qualify for X Plan pricing on which is for friends and family. I think its 4-5% off msrp before rebates. Does anyone know if a dealer can go below X Plan pricing before applying rebates? Thanks

I did put some money down to cover the negative equity from my trade in. Im concerned that I could have gotten a better deal somewhere else. I went to 3 different ford dealerships and this was the best deal. Please let me know if you believe this was a good deal.

If there were $0 up front costs (other than the negative equity) then it looks like a decent deal. Do you know the selling price?

I believe the selling price was $37,000.

I believe the selling price was $37,000.

.25% MF and 56% residual. With your numbers, I get $404/mo before tax.

Did you address all the negative equity with cash up front? If not, then some of it may have been rolled into the new lease, which would increase the payment.

I get $344.41/mo before tax with those numbers.

Confirm with the dealer what the net cap cost is ... how are you addressing the bank fee, dealer fee, first months payment, etc.?

Residual value numbers are good until the end of the year ... I'll assume FWD since you are in FL.

36/12 - 56%
39/12 - 54%

Money factors are also valid until the end of the year, but Ford could update them for November. Haven't seen anything ... yet.

.25% MF for 36 months, .50% for 39 months. $250 lease cash.

Not common for non-luxury makes, for sure. This is the first I've heard of it.

I doubt that the dealers (or, more specifically, the F&I folks), are aware of it.

I've found it not completely common knowledge even at the luxury dealerships, from what other posters have said on these boards.

At that MSRP and CAP cost, I get $537/mo.+tax. Given that, your payment seems a little high. Make sure that is the CAP cost and not just the selling price.
