The total amount due at signing is $3972.75 (above upfront fees plus first month payment of $533.11). The acquisition fee is rolled into the monthly payments. My assumption is that the adjusted CAP cost is $47,720 (selling price + acquisition fee).

I am assuming that I can obtain the 0.00137 MF. If that's the case, what should be my monthly payment? Is this a good deal?

Hey guys I'm interested on a 2016 BMW 340i m sport package $56,895 MSRP 

im in Miami Florida and usually Florida dealer hate discounting or give a hard time.

So im not familiar with BMW very well. I know if you do ED invoice is what 12-14% off MSRP but MF goes up ? Would you guy happen to have more info on this ? Because they only want to give 6% off MSRP which is not even invoice I believe that's $500 over invoice. Any info would be appreciated, to see what's will be the best option. Only to to do MSDs and be under $500 or very close. Thank you for your time. Hope to hear from you soon.

I don't see reference to the $925 acquisition fee - you want to ask the dealer about that.

Using your MSRP and selling price, I get $481/mo.

Ask the dealer what the adjusted cap cost is; if higher than the selling price, find out what's being added.

I would absolutely get a full break down of how the trade equity is being applied; if there is anything left over after the taxes and fees, have the dealer cut you a check for that amount. We don't recommend making a down payment on a lease - that money would be lost if the car is stolen or totaled.

Don't have the particulars yet (cap cost, msrp, residual, bank factor they're using, etc) but my local dealer offered me this as my 2013 328xi lease ends in a month:

2016 320i
$409/mth (taxes already rolled in)
36/12
$1706 "up front" (first month's, bank fee, NYSI, transfer plate fee, tax on rebate).

Seems like decent deal but wanted your take before i go in and get details. Many thanks!

There isn't a thread for the 2017 3-series yet, but are the Residuals and MF available for the 2017 340xi for 24/30/36 months and 10,000 miles yet? I live in Virginia.

I know residuals are a lot better on the 2016s but the 2017 has Apple Carplay!

The price for Euro Delivery is negotiable with the dealer, just like any other new car. They have 5% more to work with, but that doesn't mean they will be any easier to negotiate with. At 5% more off, that won't even pay for your trip to pick it up.

$500/mo. for a 340i doesn't seem very likely.

$529 tax in with 4800 down 3800 of that is MSD's

I confirm the 36/10 residual of 66%, but the base MF is .00137 this month. Ah, I see. You are giving them max MSDs. So, the MF is marked up, then discounted. You want a post MSD MF of .00088. Politely tell them you won't sign a deal with an inflated MF. Next, I don't see an adjusted cap cost .. this will be the initial cap cost with any taxes and fees you are not paying up front. With that information, we can better determine what the payment ought to be.

I get a .00020 MF reduction and $1500 in "lease cash" through my company's fleet program. Can I make MSDs bringing the MF down to .00088 and take my company's MF reduction for a final MF of .00060?

I believe you can, yes.

But, I think the fleet discount is applied first (.00117), then MSDs applied, to get to a final MF of .00068.

Current BMW numbers are valid through 8/31

36/12 - .00137 and 65%. Add 1% for 10K

no incentives.
