Monthly = $475.60/mo (including $38.17/mo in taxes), with $0 down
Would appreciate any thoughts on this quote. Thanks!
If I add the $925 acquisition fee in, I get $420/mo.+tax (about $456/mo) How much is due at signing? ZERO? Or, 1st payment + ??
The money factor is marked up from the .00140 MF base. That adds about $23/mo. to the payment
That seems like a big discount, but a new model would have a residual of almost $23,000. So, you need $3000 of that discount, just to make up for the lower residual.

Thanks a lot for the response. Interesting that the calculation is a bit off. At signing, the first payment + license, title and documentation fees are due.
I'm guessing that since it's such a big discount they will not want to reduce the MF...Is there a good way to go about getting it down? Just ask them to bring it down closer to the base?

Yep, tell them you won't sign a deal with an inflated MF. Then, see what happens to the negotiated price.
We're seeing more of this - either a big discount but inflated MF, or base MF but a smaller discount from sticker. Hard to get both.
Hi - can I get current MF, Residual, and any incentives (market allowance) for a new 2016 328ix Wagon - 24 months, 10K miles per year? Thanks very much

Can you provide current MF and RV for a 2016 328i 36 month/10K lease in Florida? What incentives are currently being offered and could you give me an idea of the percentage discounts you are seeing in relation to MSRP?
Please review this offer. It is an initial offer I received from the dealer. Thoughts?

I agree with the math on the sheet, but I see no reference to the acquisition fee of $925 - could that be part of the $1040.45 of fees due? Ask the dealer.
And, ask them what the $955 in total add cap cost represents.
You are getting roughly 8% off sticker, before the $1500 incentive is applied, so that's good. As is the base MF - many dealers mark this up.
So, a couple of simple questions and you should be good to go.

You are looking for another $100/mo - that would result in a $3600 reduction in the cap cost. Highly unlikely, but if you don't ask, you don't get.

Hello, Can you please check the numbers below? I am negotiating the lease of a 2016 328i xDrive with 3,163 miles on it. The car is in FL and will registered in Rhode Island. The dealer is offering $499.69/ month inc. tax. with $1800 total drive off. This is the number breakdown:
@inadnpt Couldn't find the mileage allowance. Looks like 36/12? $899 doc fee? Gotta love Florida (or not) I get the same payment
There is a breakdown of the $1800 due at signing on the 2nd page. That includes the dealer fee, 1st payment and miscellaneous fees and taxes. That looks okay (well, you know.except for that massive dealer fee).
But, there is also $1880 added to the CAP cost. I see $1040 in initial fees, which I assume is the $925 acquisition fee plus some other stuff, but where is the other $840 coming from? All of the rest of the fees are being paid in the $1800 drive off.
So, that's my only beef, assuming you are happy with the price. Ask them to itemize the $1880 added to the CAP cost. (and, don't let them use any items in the $1800 drive off, as you are paying those upfront)
Dealer fees in FL are insane, the beauty of no state caps I was wondering about $1880 Added Cap Cost as well. Somehow it jumped from $1040 to $1880. The lease is for 36 months 10K miles... Not sure if my calculations are correct, but they are roughly giving me 20% of the MSRP...correct? I sent and counter offer for $425 with tax, basically cutting that extra $840 that came out of nowhere and looking for a deeper discount to compensate for the RV variation.
You guys might be going crazy with me posting on several forums. I am currently looking for 3 cars for family and Edmunds is my source of wisdom lol

One day left in March - trying to make deal on a 2016 335i Gran Turismo (GT). Any insight on the residual value % for a 36/10K and 36/12K. On at 10K - the dealer is quoting 58%. They are also quoting a .0018 MF... to which I already told them to take off the .004 markup.

Dealer can't alter the residual, but, as you've noted, they've marked up the MF the max allowed.
Simply tell them you won't sign a deal where the MF is inflated.
Thanks Michaell - already let them know about the MF. Good to know they cannot adjust the residual. I was working this deal last month - the dealer dropped the price 1500 but the residual came down 2% as well. But they keep hiking the MF. I'll go back to them one more time.
I'm looking to lease a 2017 330i xDrive in Northern NJ - 36mo / 12k. Can you confirm that the MF is .00146, the RV is 61%? Also, do you have any ideas on what percentage off the MSRP I should look for?

If they are available, do you have the May numbers for a 2016 BMW 330i 36 months 10k/12k/15k?
thanks again for the help guys!
There are no lease numbers for any 2016 BMWs
There's a 2016 3 series GT in the showroom of my local dealership. Do they just only allow people to finance it? No leasing?
It's possible they would lease it, but with no program from BMWFS, it would likely be more expensive to lease than a 2017 model. So, from a practical standpoint, purchase only.
There's a pretty good deal on a loaner 2016 that I'm looking at. Any lease numbers on those? I want to make sure I am armed with information. Looking at potentially 36/10, any incentives and MF

No lease programs exist for the 2016's.
If you do get a quote, I'll guess it's gonna be expensive compared to a 2017.

Extra miles will cost you .25 up front, deducted from the calculated 15K residual.

the $955 is:
$925 Acquisition Fee + $30 tag fee
the $1040.45 is:
$5 Tire Fee + $899 dealer fee + Electronic File Fee $74.95 + Battery Fee $1.50 + Lease Surcharge $60

I'm not sure I understand your question, however - you are leasing a 2016 BMW 3-series now? And want to know the payoff?
If that is the case, give BMWFS a call and they can tell you that information.
