2016 BMW 428 xdrive GC with premium, nav, cold weather, and drivers assistance packages, MSRP of 50,695.

$2200 cash due at signing, the dealer offered me monthly payment of $690.

MF: .00130, residual: 57%

Is this an ok deal?

I'm interested in a 2016 428i Convertible and see you mentioned to a previous poster that MF is 0.00130 and RV is 57% for a 12,000mi/yr 36mo lease. What is it for 10,000/yr? Acquisition Fee should be $725 right?

Also, what percentage discount should I be shooting for off of MSRP? Are there any incentives or rebates? I am a previous leasee so not sure if there is a loyalty incentive in addition to any others.

36/15 numbers - .00130 and 55%. Extra miles are purchased up front for .10-.25 per mile.

For BMW, 5-7% off sticker price. Not sure you'll be able to get all that on a new 2016, but it can't hurt to try.

Hello everyone,

So I'm interested in ordering a custom-built 428i. MSRP is $46145. I was planning to ask for $42900. I also have $1000 credit from the USA Driving Team but I will not mention before I sign the lease. My term will be 3 years 36k miles. I live in Michigan where sales tax is 6%. Can anyone help me to estimate how much monthly payment would be? I will do 7 MSD but 0 down of course. My dealer guy keeps asking me to come in to test drive the 2015 and sit down in order to close a deal on whatever we are discussing. The 2015 is way out my budget but I'm very tempted.

2016: .00130 MF and 57% residual.

Assuming your CAP cost is $42,900, the payment is $551/mo.+tax = $584/mo.

The 2015 numbers are .00130 MF and 60% residual with $500 buildout cash.

You don't say how much the 2015 model is, but with the better lease numbers and hopefully a bigger discount, it might not be any more than the cheaper 2016.

The 2015 that I have here doesn't have the M-sport package so I'm reluctant to take it. The MSRP is $48110. Last year, I contacted the same dealer via email and they gave me almost 8% discount immediately. Assuming I could use 7% discount, my CAP cost is $44742. How much would it be with $500 buildout cash, $1000 credit USA driving team and 7 MSD?

Nope.. forgot to do the MSDs.. $517/mo. with MSDs and .00081 MF on the 2016

2015: Cap cost of $44,742 = $500 + tax with MSDs

hmm it seems like the 15 is bang of the bucks. So $500 a month includes the build in cash and my $1000 credit as well? 

What do you guys think of the demo car? Will it break down faster than the new car? The demo one I got offered  today has 8000 miles on it and it is $2500 more. He said the car wil be fine because it still has warranty for 4 years or 40000 miles. I might get better deal on this car but afraid customers who test drove the car might not "treat" it well as their own car

I didn't include the $1000. You'll have the $925 acq.fee to pay, as well.

If you are leasing, and the car is under warranty and maintenance plan for the full term of the lease, you have nothing to worry about with a demo.

MF went up slightly to .00134.

Are you looking for a 3-series GT or a 4-series GC?

24/10 residual for the i3 is 63%; MF is .00134 with $7500 lease cash and $1000 option credit.

Initially the 4-series GC. I've been researching the i3.. I drove the GT and really like it, but I just don't care for the rear hatch styling. Wish the GT was shaped like the GC but on the 5er platform... but not as big as a 6 GT .. too many choices.. Plus love the look of the 328d touring with great diesel MPG's. That's on my list too.

I'm new to leasing, could you please tell me if this is a good deal? I'm looking at a 2016 428i GC. I've gotten #'s on it as well as the 2015 428i coupe. Prefer the 2016 GC but also want a low pmt. Thank you. I'm assuming they didn't figure in the tax and that's why the payment they are giving is lower? Do u typically see better year end deals? Would u say it pays to wait it out some?

You can't wait too long on the 2015 models.. They will all be gone.

No, it's just one of many names BMW uses for incentives.

I've negotiated a sale price of $50k on a 428i convertible that has an MSRP of $53595. MF was locked in earlier at 0.0013 and RV is 57%. What do you think of that deal? That sale price includes all discounts. Tax rate is 8%.
