1. Can I bargain on the selling price?
2. Can I still apply the $1500 lease credit?

I'm trying to get around $500/month payments with zero down.

So if I ask for 5-8% off selling price and include the $1500 lease credit I think I can get it around $550 (tax included). This sound possible?

We don't track selling prices, but $7k off sticker with the incentive is pretty strong. Note that the residual will be adjusted down to account for the miles as well.

Are there any other incentives for April? I guess there were some last month?

Live in Michigan, and the agreed cost is 45,240 (US MSRP 50,195) and fees of 250 (lic and doc) plus Acq fee.

If agreed cost is the CAP cost and MF is .00165, payment is $544/mo.+tax

All 4-series - coupe, GC and convertible - have the same numbers for 36/15.

Hello. I am considering a 435i xdrive convertible with quite a few options. MSRP $73,895. Looking for 36 months/12K a year. I live in NJ and going to dealer tomorrow to discuss and perhaps finalize a deal. What should I consider a good deal for a lease payment? Looking to put 3500-4500 down total.

7% off MSRP + $925 acq.fee = CAP cost of $69,650.

At that CAP, the payment would be $818/mo.+tax.
Just first payment and title/license/doc fees due at signing.

You may do better or worse than that, as we don't track selling prices.

Look for a unit with less options. lol.

Monthly payment (36/12k) = $687 which includes monthly tax of 8.3%
- I’m ordering the car. If there’s not loyalty rebate at that time the monthly payment goes to ~$717 which they're not willing to budge on and I hate to have an open-ended agreement that's not in my favor. Any thoughts on the loyalty cash continuing through the end of June?

I get $664/mo with your MSRP and Cap Cost, plus 8.3% tax. If you're rolling in the fees, what is the adjusted cap number?

About $54,400 with $389 doc, $925 acquisition, and $805 AZ state license fees. My only OOP will be first month's payment. The $1k loyalty moves things about $30/month. And I still have the option of multiple MSDs to lower my rate.

The extra $925 is the acquisition fee.

That's $543/mo.+tax , which looks to be right on it..

1) Base rate .00135 minus .00049 for MSDs should be .00086, not .00089.
Guessing that is a typo, because who marks up a rate that little?

2) You sure about the zero drive off?
Don't see any indication for title/license/doc fees (about $600?) or 1st payment?
Don't be surprised if it's $4200 MSDs plus about $1200 more.

2) based on my conversation via email they are claiming a zero drive off, so we'll see what happens. Will hold em to fire to wrap that into the deal as specified.

I get $514/mo plus tax with those numbers. Confirm the adjusted cap cost - if higher than the selling price, find out what's been added (bank fee? dealer fee?).

What is the term and mileage on the lease?
Which state and tax rate?
What is the adjusted CAP cost, and how much is due at signing?

As noted, .00135 is the base MF. With 7 MSDs, that should be .00086. .00016 is a weird amount to markup the money factor, but it's possible.
