Yes. And, in NJ, the sales tax for the lease is collected up front and is probably also part of that $6K.

It it turns out that cars is demo car and a car that give to people who send their car to repair.. It has 6000miles and MSAP is 51000 but they claims sales price is around 43000-44000... I am not sure if this is still a good deal or not.. I really like the car and the color btw.. But I guess I don't need to worry a lot about the car since I am leasing it anyway..

I guess the question is this - what kind of a discount could you get on a similar model with no miles on it? You should get a bigger discount because of the miles. If you can't, then what's the advantage of leasing a demo?

My lease is up now in August on my 2013 328I Coupe. I received an offer of a $1,500 credit from the dealer I lease my car as a loyalty intensive " Preferred Customer Bonus".

Is this a national offer or dealer specific? I am trying to shop around for a 428i GC.

No information on this as a national program. Call another dealer and ask them if you can use it there, should you decide to lease another BMW. That should tell you if it's a dealer specific incentive or not.

7% off gets you invoice, then deduct incentives from that price.

Hi there, have there been any changes in August to the MF/residuals for a 2016 435i xDrive Gran Coupe? MF still .00137 and residuals 69/66/63 for 24/30/36? Also, is there any such thing as "conquest" cash for this car? I've also read about this $1500 in lease support cash -- is that still being applied toward cap cost reduction? I live in Northern CA and will buy from either a Bay Area or SoCal dealer...still trying to figure it out.

Residuals are correct for 10K/yr.

Yes, the $1500 lease credit will be applied as a CCR.

We don't track selling prices, but 7% before incentives is a decent discount on a BMW

Total upfront costs are ~ $3,759 is compromised of:
$925 Acquisition fee, $1,430 NJ tax, $329- plates/reg, $200.81 luxury tax (.004% of sale price)
$395 doc & $489 first payment

Then after that...35 payments remaining of $489 a month & 7pct tax = $523

I don't think you will get a tax credit for turning in a lease.

I'd ask for the adjusted CAP cost on the deal, because even with Texas taxes, that payment seems a little high.

Maybe not, though. with zero out of pocket.

Yes, .00137 is the base MF and 7% is the typical discount.

Hi. I am looking at a leftover 428i gran coupe, and a 435i gran coupe. Can you tell me the residual and money factors for a 2 year- and 3 year 12k/mile lease? Is there an advantage for doing a one-pay? Does the residual change much if I go go 15k/year? I usually drive 13.5k/year, so I'm not sure if I should go for the 12k or 15k lease.
