They probably aren't offering a lease program for the car. Given the chances it might be tracked, and they can likely sell all they have.

On the surface, no

MF is marked up the max; base rate is .00140

And, you shouldn't put $4K down on a car you are just renting.

Limit the out of pocket costs to just the first payment and DMV costs; ask the dealer what the adjusted cap cost will be if you roll everything else into the tax payment.

And, be polite and tell them you won't sign any deal where the MF is marked up. They know what the base rate is.

This is great advice! I just sent a follow up email. My salesman is definitely working to get me to sign that deal. I'm currently in a 2014 CTS lease with $2700 left that he is trying to roll into the new lease(which I didn't include in the numbers of my original post).

Those numbers were much worse. $630/month with $5k down.

Just so you know, that $2700 is adding $75/mo to you new lease payment.

You're better off waiting until the current lease is up, before jumping into a new one.

Looking for some advice on a 2018 430i xDrive. Just got back from the dealer, with an adjusted cap cost of $48k on a $51640 MSRP, and $2279 due at signing (just startup costs and 1st payment): $686.18/month for 10k/36

Does that sound reasonable? Thanks so much in advance for the advice!
