    I had 2 questions.

    1. Can i get the MF for 2016 c300 4matic in jersey as of november? standard deduction in MF for auto pay still available? As well as the residual. 36mo/10k.

    2. I know this is a subjective question, but on a sticker of $52k for a 2016, can i push for a 10k discount on msrp? or is that too much to ask for? Just trying to be aware of limits so the negotiations aren't meaningless.

    I am looking for residual and money factor for 3 year 15k per year and also 2 year 15 per year on c300 4matic in western New York. trying to decide between one of these and a 340i, is the general consensus that it seems there will be better deals next month?

    Question about leasing a 2016 C300 loaner. Dealer says same deal as new 2016, but with lower price, but their numbers are off a bit for 36/10. I assume the MF is marked up (0.00093 offered vs. 0.00054 w/ autopay). Residual is also off (60% offered vs. 59%). Just curious... Overall, I think it's a good deal since they're taking over $10k off of MSRP ($50,470).

    Can you still do MSD? If MB still allows 10, could you have a zero MF? If you got 0.00054, do 8 sec deposits?

    The residual is adjusted to account for the miles, so it should be lower, not higher, than a "new" car.

    Dealer can mark up the MF for extra profit yes.

    Cannot have a 0 MF. Not sure what the minimum MF is for MB, but certainly not 0.

    MF .000837 - I was shown this amount but is it possible I was shown the base and a marked up MF is actually used in the calculation?

    7% Indiana tax
    Tire Tax $1.25
    Also, prepaid maintenance of $975

    I was given $498.65 a month on 36/15. I asked about a fee breakdown, MF, and residuals, but it's not adding up. Any pointers on what I'm missing?

    .00083 MF is the base number, without MSDs.
    It would appear they are marking up the money factor for extra profit, then using the MSDs to take it back to the base rate.

    The selling price and the adjusted CAP cost can't be the same.

    If the selling price were the CAP cost, it would be $429/mo.+tax = $459/mo.
    The adjusted CAP cost has to include the $795 acquisition fee, since you aren't paying that upfront.
    Also, the prepaid maintenance?

    Adding those charges in gets us much closer.

    There should also be a residual amount reduction, to account for the current mileage on the vehicle.
    You might ask them for the actual residual number.

    The only real red flag I see is the need for MSDs to get down to what is the base MF, anyway.

    Ah I see. I'm guessing the prepaid maintenance is rolled into the adjusted cap cost but I'll confirm. Thank you - this gives me something to start with.

    Do the lease rates adjust on a regular/set timeframe? If so, when? I am assuming monthly, but not sure. I have an ordered AMG C63S cab showing up in a few weeks and want to get the latest rates before I close the deal. Thanks. Looking at 3 yr 10k or a 3yr single pay lease just depending on the rates at the time.

    Current MB numbers expire 11/30. No change to the MF expected, but residual could move a bit next month.

    No guesses as to what direction, however.
