Hello - I'm new to leasing and I'm considering a 2017 C300 Coupe 4matic MSRP is around $51,400. I see that others on the board are able to get 10-12% off. Can anyone help with structuring the most aggressive deal that I should be able to get? I'm location in FL.
excellent credit, Preferably no money down, 36/10k
Thank you so much in advance.

We don't track pricing - start with 12-14% off MSRP with multiple dealers and see if any of them bite.
Looking for the December MFs and residuals on the C43 Sedan for various lease terms (24, 33, 36, 39, 42, 48 or whatever the intervals are) for 10k/12k miles (I am assuming I just subtract 1% for 12K). Thank you!

Can I get December #'s for C63S cab: 36 mo/7.5 and 10k and 24 mo both mileage limits as well. Thanks, got to decide on lease this week. The ship arrives at port this weekend. woo hoo!! Thanks in advance for your help. I assume from your prior post that the Dec #'s are out and they are the same as Nov?

Standard MF and 58% (24/10) and 53% (36/10). Add 1% for 7500 miles.
What is the standard mf? And is it standard for C class, all MB? I see a variety of mf's quoted for the different c class models so I am a bit confused what "standard" means. Is it what MBFS requires and then the dealer gets anything north of that? Thanks for the insight.

Higher trim models often get the "Standard" MF. We've most often seen it quoted between .00200 and .00220.
Standard means that the specific model doesn't have a special or subvented money factor. Usually higher trim models, where buyers are seen as being less price-sensitive.

Thanks, that is very helpful. I assume then that anything north of that is likely dealer profit. What do I say when a dealer says "you can't believe what you find on the internet" to argue for a higher mf? Any appropriate response suggestions are appreciated (not snarky ones!!

We suggest you politely, but firmly, tell the dealer you won't sign a deal with a marked up MF. They know what the base rate is.
And, start working with others dealers. It only takes one to meet your numbers.
That said, we don't "know" the actual standard MF from MB - we have a good idea, but it's really a guess.
You guess very well. I was able to confirm your numbers with a dealer today. They will do a deal with no pad, but unfortunately they don't have a car with specs I want. I am optimistic the dealer will agree. Otherwise I will just pay cash and then they won't get a pad for sure.

Thanks for the confirmation - did you get a specific MF from them?
Dealers have to keep the lights on somehow - for leases, it's either:
1. base MF and not as much of a discount from sticker; or 2. big discount from sticker but a bump in the MF

Yes, .0022 for C63S cab and 53% for 3 yr/10k. I confirmed this with a couple of dealers. First one of these in the area so no discounts. My view was that they are getting full price for the car and thus didn't need to pad the rates. They are fine with that. Thanks again for your help. It still seems very strange to me, that the rate does not have to be disclosed. Can you imagine taking out a mortgage and they won't tell you the interest rate? The complexity of leasing lets the dealers play a lot of games to add to profit since most people don't understand it or bother to check.

I am getting quoted a MF of .00176 and residual of 60% on a 2017 C43 AMG 36/10k lease. The dealer keeps insisting that the MF is not marked up, AMG cars just have a higher one. That seems really high to be not marked up to me? Is there any way that could be correct?

Coupe, Sedan or Cabrio? None of them have a base MF of .00176, so your dealer is fibbing to you about it not being marked up.
Find another dealer - only takes one to give you the base rate.

Sorry, Sedan.
.00123 is the base MF on the C43 Sedan. I confirm the 60% residual.
Looking at leasing a C300 RWD Coupe in Florida and targeting 12%+ discount to MSRP. Can you give me the current residual and money factor? Lots of numbers flying around for the different C models so want to make sure I'm using the proper numbers. Thanks!
Comments
Also, any suggestions on what type of discount off MSRP I should be able to negotiate?
Thanks
