The only payment I am making is $566.98, the information I provided above is based on the order I placed last night, haven't picked up the vehicle yet since they are looking for the color I am interested in.

In the piece of paper I received from the dealer it also has the following information:

Total due at signing $5,066.98
rebates -$4,500
due from customer at signing $566.98

Last night I assumed the $4,500 were the incentives on the vehicle but I can't come up with the math that equals $4,500.

The selling price is not provided in the sheet of paper I have from the dealer. All I know right now is that the MSRP is $29,810 and that the window sticker has total savings of $1,740, which equals a total MSRP of $28,070. I am not sure if the $4,500 is the incentive number and if $1,740 is part of of this amount.

What are the incentives for a fusion SE? I am in Michigan 48309

Neither can I.

The math is the math - the only variables in a lease are the adjusted cap cost and the MF. MSRP is the window sticker and the residual value is set by the bank.

It's RCL lease cash. If you locally, have $4250, then that $2250 is irrelevant.

You would guess that the selling price and/or APR is dropping along with it, to achieve the same payment.
Though, Ford doesn't seem to be as dependent on leasing as some other makes.

$8/mo is another $300 off the price. We suggest you not negotiate the payment, but the selling price, and make sure they don't hide any junk fees cough window etch cough into the deal.
