BMW X1 2017 mineral grey metallic, black Dakota leather, cold weather, driving assistance, luxury, premium packages with navigation. MSRP $45,145.

Only got a glimpse of the final sale price and it was between 39 and 39.5k. With $2000 lease credit and $1000 college grad, I believe capital cost comes down to 36k.

Monthly price offered is $390 with $0 down and ~$3300 due at signing for all taxes/fees.
What lease term and how many miles per year?

I'd get more than a glimpse of the final sale price.
Also, get the adjusted CAP cost, and ask them to disclose the money factor.
$3300 upfront seems about right for tax, acquisition fee, DMV/doc fees and first payment
But, the payment is way too high, if the numbers you have are accurate.
Most likely, they've marked up the money factor (or, the numbers you have are inaccurate)

Thanks for the information, I'll reach out.

Also received this offer sheet from another dealer for a loaner. I can't seem to make sense of the capital reduction they applied so i'm skeptical overall. The $1000 graduate credit was applied prior to the sale price, and the holiday lease credit, which he says is $3000 shows up all over. Thoughts?

    Okay... now this makes sense.

Not sure why they listed the grad credit at the top... as it has no effect on selling price, etc.
Looks like both rebates are used at the end to reduce the amount due at signing.

About 15% off MSRP, before applying rebates seems pretty good for a loaner.
This looks like a pretty good deal.
At $392/mo., they are using the base MF of .00152

What is the adjusted cap cost?

Demos with over 5000 miles are usually not that great to lease (4% deduct from the residual plus .25 deduct per mile)

What is the MF/Residual for 36/10 and 36/12 lease in NY and any incentives for 2017 X1? Also, why is the residual higher for the 2017 than the 2018 as that came back 58% I believe (and 2018 I saw was 61% for 10K)?

It's an incentive to make the 2017 cheaper to lease than the 2018.

Just looking for an opinion on this deal:

    2017 X1
12/35 (not sure why its 35 months and not 36)
    MSRP: 47,495
    Dealer Discount: 2,850
    Selling Price: 44,645
    MF: .00152
    Rebate: 2000 lease credit
    State: WA
    Drive Off: 2,000
Monthly: 547.20 (doesn't include taxes, title or reg fees)

Seems like there should be some more room in the MSRP discount. Thoughts?

You can be sure it's not 35 months.
Maybe, 35 more payments after your drive-off.

Need the adjusted CAP cost. That will include the acquisition fee, etc, etc..
Is it $2000 out of your pocket for drive-off, or is that covered by the lease credit?

It's kind of a useless quote, without taxes and fees included. That's where they tend to hide things.
Not sure how they can give you a "drive-off" without those items included.

From my take, no money out of pocket at lease signing? Looks like the rebate covers your drive-off?

If that's the case, I agree with the math.

Considering the tax rate in WA, not a bad deal.

I'm within $1 of that quote.

I'd add the acquisition and conveyance fees into the adjusted cap cost - lower out of pocket, but a higher monthly payment.

Good discount from sticker and base MF are both good things.

    Hello,

I've been sending e-mails back and forth with a dealer. And for a 2017 BMW X1 with a MSRP of $45,145 on 36/10 terms, I was able to get it down to $449/month with taxes and fees included AND $0 out-the-door. Selling Price is $38,000 .

His first offer was $475/mo but he told me he can put in a conquest cash rebate (I have a Lexus) which brought it down to $449/month.

He did mention earlier he was using a MF of 0.00180 thought so that's marked up a little but I think I got a good deal?

Do you guys think I can get a better price on a X3 with a similar MSRP since that has a higher residual? And does BMW still do multiple security deposits?

    MSD program has been discontinued.

Can't hurt to get a quote on the X3, just to compare.

    .00152 and 61%; $2000 lease credit.

What is the adjusted cap cost associated with the payment quote?

Relative to MSRP, that payment is quite strong.

Is this a good offer? Loaner's car with 4300miles. MSRP 39.8K

I am eligible for corporate fleet discount but they said that doesn't apply to leasing a demo. And I own another BMW and was hoping if there was any owner loyalty discount currently?

The quote includes $2000 holiday credit and $1000 college graduate discount.

What are the incentives for January?

The quote includes $2000 holiday credit and $1000 college graduate discount.

What are the incentives for January?

.00152 and 61% for 36/10, less $1095 for the miles.

Yes, that looks like a good payment for the MSRP and amount due from you.

Is this a good offer? Loaner's car with 4300miles. MSRP 39.8K

I am eligible for corporate fleet discount but they said that doesn't apply to leasing a demo. And I own another BMW and was hoping if there was any owner loyalty discount currently?

Thanks. I was able to lower the price down to $338/mo with an upfront charge of $729 due at signing. MSRP was $41.3K and it was a demo with 4400 miles. The price includes $2000 lease credit, $1000 new grad, $1000 loyalty discount. Is it normal they used lower residual value for the demo? They used 59% RV. What they told me was RV gets lowered depending on the mileage.

That's correct... residual is reduced for mileage.
That looks like an outstanding deal.

Would love some feedback on this deal... is it actually a deal??

2017 BMW X1 xdrive - Southern CA (San Diego)
brand new less than 10 miles - not a loaner
    MSRP $47,395
Net CAP Cost $40,395 (including $2k lease credit)
36 mo term / 10k miles per year
    $0 drive-off
    $489/ mo

It seems like a pretty good deal but need the experts advice. Anything I'm missing where you think I can save?

    Thanks in advance

With your prices, $424/mo plus tax.

What is the adjusted cap cost, if all the fees and such are being rolled into the payment?

    Tax rate?

If I use $41,218 as the adjusted cap, I now get $487/mo with tax included. A lot closer to the dealer quote.

Looks pretty solid; 10.5% off sticker (before incentives) and base MF is a rare combination.

Just to confirm, $0 out of pocket from you - just sign and drive?
