Hi. What are the MF and residual on a 2.4 Tech with 36 months/10K? And what is the lease cash? This is in Arizona if is makes a difference. Thank you in advance!
Hi, I'm looking for a lease on a Acura TLX i4 with Tech package. Terms are 36 months and 10K miles per year. I live in Raleigh, NC. What is the MF, Residual and incentives? Thank you.

On the V6 is the $4,250 dealer cash or dealer lease cash? I just got an Edmunds price promise quote for almost $8k off a V6 Advance FWD. If you add the $4,250 + the $2,000 ontop of the $8k, I can lease the car for sub $100 a month + drive offs. That seems absurd, and I'd totally jump on it if that is the case.
Any clue if the Edmunds Price Promise quote already includes that $4,250?

It's all dealer cash.. They likely won't quote you a price that doesn't include all of the incentives. How would they quote $8000 off without those incentives?
Fairly new here and am wondering if this is a good deal. My local dealer is offering $299 per month plus tax with $0 due at signing on a 2017 TLX 2.4 base in Southern California. I wanted your guys' opinion on this before I contacted sales. Thanks!

What is the MSRP on that vehicle? What term/mileage? Does it include tax and DMV charges?
So the MSRP is $32,950, the term is 36/10k miles, and the $299 doesn't include tax or drive-offs, but also doesn't include cap cost reduction. So monthly total without negotiating the selling price and with paying the drive-offs like acquisition and registration up front would be $299+tax.

There are $5500 of incentives on this model. .00097 MF and 55% residual
To get to $299/mo, the CAP cost would have to be about $27,300. That would imply a $150 discount from the dealer to get to that price (besides the incentves). Assuming that no other items are included in the $299 (acquisition fee, etc), that deal can certainly be beat.
Got a lease contract tonight and am planning to sign tomorrow, provided no last minute surprises. This is in NJ with tax rate of 6.875%.
TLX v4 Base 36/10 so 0.00097/55% MSRP: $32,840 Adj Cap Cost: $26,927 ($26,197 selling price + up front taxes of $730) Down payment: $0 Out of pocket: $1,473 (covers first month + acq fee of $595 + tire/doc/DMV fees) Monthly payment (incl tax): $289
Given the $5,500 incentives this month, that's a $1,143 discount off MSRP from the dealer. Perhaps I should have pressed for more, but I was having a hard time finding base models in stock anywhere in the tri-state area given the new 2018s come out next month. Honcker had a deal for $263/month including tax however it was the wrong color. There seem to be plenty of v6/tech packages still left.

Picked up our TLX this morning in NJ. The dealer mentioned the new 2018s are expected next month but won't get pushed out to his dealer until ALL the dealers in the region have basically cleared out their 2017s, so his team keeps checking inventory at the nearby dealers to monitor their levels. He said lots of Tech models in stock everywhere & as they have been harder to sell, he expects to see even more incentives on those shortly. If one dealer is taking too long to clear their 2017s, Acura can go ahead & give the nearby competing dealers the 2018s first, which is obviously detrimental. Sounds like it would be worth figuring out which dealer in your area has the most inventory remaining. He also said lots of red exteriors and white exterior/espresso interiors left. Hope this info helps someone in their negotiations!

The arrival of the 2018's have made for great deals on the 2017's
hi there, can someone give me the residual value for I4+Tech and V6+Tech on 7500 mi/year, 24/36 month lease? i'm in northern California. i'm assuming MF is the same @ .00097 and dealer incentive is the same $5500 (i4+tech) and $6250 (V6+tech)?

The only way lower is to negotiate a lower selling price. That looks pretty good from here.

that's a pretty good deal but...
If you drive less than 7500/yr, the residual is 1% higher (54% vs 53% for 10k i think) and if you can get the selling price down a little bit more. I'm in No. Cal. and i've gotten between $1000 total drive off include all fees, and $270-$279/mo+tax for 35 month with 7500/yr.

I have been a hardcore lurker on this thread over the past few weeks. I was able to gather some fantastic information thanks to you all and pulled the trigger on a TLX lease just today. Even with all of this information, I was still confused by the numbers the dealer gave me.
I don't think I got the best deal, as this was my first time at the rodeo - I can't really say it was much fun, but here are my numbers. I am looking to maybe get some help understanding whether I got an okay deal or not.
Sales tax in my state is 7%.
TLX v4 Base w/ 18" chrome wheels, three sets of floor and trunk mats, body side molding, decklid spoiler, cargo hook, illuminated door sill trim, remote engine start III, and trunk tray. Acura's configuration tool says $36,972.00 is the MSRP including destination (I assume that number is inflated?). I chose 36/10 so 0.00097/55%.
MSRP: $36,972.00...I think...Do those options really add to the MSRP like Acura's tool indicates? If no, then MSRP would just be the $32,950.00? Agreed selling price: $27,000.00 - they wouldn't go any lower. Gross Capitalized Cost: $27,771.25 (incl doc fee of $175.00, acq. fee of $595.00, and tire tax of $1.25) Trade in value: $2,000.00 Adj Cap Cost: $23,655.81 Residual: $18,062.00 - 55% Out of pocket: $2,500.00 (covers first month...But not exactly sure what else - see notes below) Down payment: Unsure...I am a little confused on how the money was applied, and the finance manager was not really helpful. $27,771.25 minus $23,655.81 is $4,115.44 - if it's the $2,000.00 trade in+$2,500.00 out the door, then that is $4,500.00 total minus the first month of $209.56 and $175.00 doc fee to equal out to the $4,115.44.
Basically, I am unsure whether the fees from the gross cap cost were rolled into my lease or if my payment took care of one or some of them. I think the $2500.00 included some, but I'm not sure. Monthly payment (incl tax): $209.56 - $195.85 before tax.
There were very few base 4-cyl models in my area - the one I got was what I consider to be aged inventory, and the color is not to my liking. However, I don't need the added features in any uplevel trim, so I just went with it.
If we base the deal off the MSRP on Acura's site, then I think I got a fair enough shake. But is that the correct figure? I let the dealer know that I was aware of Acura's lease incentives, but they didn't seem real amenable. I asked for numbers with $0 due at signing, and they said that brought the payment up to $340.00, which I didn't really want to do.
I have more numbers - they all look like they add up and make sense on the sheet I received from the dealership (they literally have way more numbers and fields than I have seen on some examples), but I am still confused.
If you took the time to read all of this, thank you! If you can offer help in understanding my numbers, that would be great! Otherwise, I just wanted to post here for reference - goodness knows I pored over every recent example given in this thread myself.

I do not know money factor. I believe everything is included except document fee and sales tax. Is this a good deal? Is there a room for a better deal? Thanks.

Yes, $2000 is the total due to signing. Doc fee is $200. Sorry I did not record detailed numbers, but about how far you think I could go? I am hoping to get additional 30-40 off/month. Outrageous?

I think another $30/mo off might be achievable.. Or, just ask for same deal with $1000 due at signing.

This is what I got so far on a 2017 Base 2.4 on a 36 month lease with 12k/yr:
MSRP: $32,950
Selling Price: $25,441 (Invoice $31,561 - Holdback $1,120 - Dealer Cash $5,500 + $500 profit) 22.8% off MSRP.
Monthly Payment: $287.77
Registration and Tag Transfer: $220 (due at signing)
Total due at signing: $507.77
I really wanted to be on the $260/month, but for that I'll have to get them down on the selling price another $940 which is almost 25.6% off MSRP.
What do you think?
