I do not have that number. Just the monthly payment they could get to 380. So with 5500 incentives does that mean 37000-5500 = 31500 this is roughly were the dealer will sell and not make profit?

Don't worry about the dealer profit. You want to negotiate the best price you can, then subtract the incentives.

Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost; if they hesitate, that might tell you something about the dealer, and it would be time to move on.

Okay ill ask for that info right now, So I should negotiate with them normally and get as low as possible, and then tell them i want the addition incentives (5500) off?!!

Selling Price 31,750
.00097 and 53%

36 Months @ 7500 miles + 15000 miles unused miles from lease return
$820 at signing (fees + 1st month)
8.75% sales tax rate
$361 monthly lease (Incl Tax)

When I use the lease calculator the monthly payment is $369 but I am paying $361
How did I do?

Be advised that the price the dealer quotes you may already include the incentives.

.00097 MF for all

4cyl tech: 53% residual and $5500 incentive
6cyl base: 55% residual and $6250 incentive
6cyl tech: 53% residual and $6250 incentive

Can anyone assist with an accurate payment on a 2017 TLX V6 FWD with Tech Package, 36 Months, $0 due at signing other than 1st months payment, and 20,000 miles per year....I am getting payments ranging from $460 to $525 and am having trouble verifying the right number. My calculations show the payment should be about $450. Thank you.

Need to know the MSRP and adjusted cap cost.

And, the extra miles (5000 per year) will affect the residual on a per mile basis. Find out from the dealer what rate they are using. Suspect it's between .15-25/mi.

How do I calculate a lease payment for a 2017 RDX with Tech pkg? I have an MSRP of 41,045 and price after incentive of $33,947. I want a 36 mo. lease with 12k, dealer wants me to put down $2500. and will pay my last month on my Lexus RX. They want $410 per mo.
Is this good? Please advise.

I get $467/mo.+tax if that is the adjusted CAP.
I don't know what else is in that CAP, other than the $595 acquisition fee, but there is $6250 of incentives on this vehicle, so you might shoot for a lower selling price.

Also, they pay 2 payments of my current car($263 *2 = $526)

If the sale price is the CAP cost, then it looks about right. How much due at signing?

There are big, big incentives on the TLX.
Need to know the MSRP and CAP cost to check it.

Question with the incentives.. According to edmunds there's about 6500 in dealer cash. What should one look at in regards to deals, full dealer cash and 2k + off Msrp? Any recommendations?

As of July 6th, looks like they lost $2000 in incentives.
Now, it's $3500 on the 4cylinder and $4250 on the 6cylinder.

Usually a per mile deduct for the demo mileage - for Acura, .15/mile deduct ($870 total deduction)
