    Doubt it.

For those looking, and I can't speak for everywhere, I was informed today that Acura has added a more lease cash to TLXs in NC. It took my potential lease payment from $460 to $415 so it's not minimal. This is in addition to the $4250 already discussed above.

I heard they did too but only for the next couple days, apparently Acura needs to get ahead of clearing out a ton of TLX inventory ahead of the '18 launch at NY Auto Show. Any additional cash though kind of kills the cars resale value.
If they add incentives and the residual stays the same, your payment goes down. Why do you care about real world resale value, unless you already own one? When your lease is up, you give it back.

That's what I was thinking too. Helps me as I am seriously considering leasing one.

Does anyone know how much incentives were added?  Dealership in PA is saying 2000

  • I would like information/advice on this.

2017 Acura TLX base model, for 36 12k miles. Long Island, NY.
    I'm offered: $265 12k 36 months. about 1800 due at signing.

I'm aware 2018 model is coming out soon and is this a good price? what should I negotiate it down to?

What is the MSRP and selling price?

What does the $1800 at signing include?

Looks good, on the surface, but we need to have the details to know for sure.

1800 is the up front cost of taxes + bank acquisition
I do not know the selling price at the moment.

You need those numbers to evaluate a lease.
Our members have told us that they just added $2000 to the incentives through the end of the month. You likely won't be able to lease a TLX cheaper than you can right now.
Of course, you should still negotiate the lowest price possible.

  • I have two dealers in So. Cal offering the following: 2017 TLX Base, 12K/ year. $688 drive off and $265/Month including tax. Today only.

So to confirm, there is a real good deal on at the moment.

    .00117 MF and 51% residual, assuming it's the 4-cylinder.
$5500 in incentives on the 4-cylinder, if our other members are correct.

$699 dealer fee? Is this Florida?
Does your state collect tax upfront on a lease? If not, the numbers given aren't applicable.

  • Yes I'm in FL. I'm not sure how tax is handled on a lease here. What do I need to find out to tell if this is a good deal?

I live in Florida, I am on my 5th lease. Taxes are collected with your monthly payments, never upfront here in FL. I always have the $699 dealer fee waived, this I do right at the tail end of the dealing otherwise they can find a way to collect it in some other fee. If they dont then I walk out, but I can't blame you if you really like the car. Is it a V6 or 4 cyl? This car is on my next lease list.

Florida taxes the monthly payment. You need a real lease quote that includes the adjusted CAP cost, and a reconciliation of the numbers that only apply to a lease.

Can't answer that - you could push for more of a discount with the dealer, but we don't track selling prices.

    Term: 36month
    12,000 miles/yr
    Model Year: 2017

    TLX - V6 SH-AWD Tech
    TLX - I4 Base

    55% (Base) or 53% (Tech)

    MF is .00117 (4-cyl) or .00103 (V6)

    $3500 lease cash on 4-cyl; $4250 on V6.

Have heard from other posters that Acura has added $2000 to the lease cash, but we can not confirm that.

    Hello!

Can someone please post MF and RV numbers for the following?

    State: PA
    Term: 36month
    15,000 miles/yr
    Model Year: 2017

    TLX - V6 SH-AWD Tech
    TLX - V6 SH-AWD Advance

Another question, when I see a TMV of $40,164 for the Advance package level is it safe to assume this is prior to any lease cash, which may be an additional $6,250 for April? Lastly, is any of that available lease cash tied to any loyalty or conquest that I may not be eligible for (I own a Honda and an Audi).

    Thanks!

51% and .00103 for both trims.

We show the $4250 of lease cash, but others have noted an additional $2000 available.

As the lease cash is factory to dealer, it's not likely to be part of the TMV price calculations.

No information on loyalty or conquest incentives.

We've heard from other members that there is $2000 extra lease cash, but we don't have that info, so can't tell you when that would expire. The lease cash I listed is good through April (as are the rest of the numbers)

Not impressive deal. With 36/12K and almost same numbers I'm paying $339/month, $339 was due at signing. I added remote start as well. Check my posts in 2016 TLX thread.

Here in the northwest I had a couple dealers confirm the 6250 in dealer incentives. And they all stated the MF as .00103.
  • I got these numbers from a dealer in Dallas Texas area.

    doc 125
    tax 1,660
    nontax fees 100.65

    36 month lease 12,000 miles
290/month with 750 military as down payment on top of 1,500 out of pocket Down. Nothing else due.

Im thinking about changing to 10k miles and 500+750 down.

GAP is included with every Acura lease.

    .00117 MF
If I use $1960 CAP cost reduction out of the $2250 upfront money, I get $287/mo, so pretty close.

$1000 less upfront and 1% higher residual (for 10K/yr) adds $20/mo. to the payment.

Im thinking about changing to 10k miles and 500+750 down.

What should the new payment be for it to be a good deal? Leaving room for gap and what not

If I were you I would ask for another $1,000 of discount. If they have the same incentives in Texas as they do in Washington then they should be able to do it. Worst thing they say is no.

Just got a TLX v4 tech in NorCal, 36/10,000, Price 28,000 + $600 lease fee + $400 registration/tax/fees, and with 1000 down, it came out to be about $290/m +tax. Many thanks to everyone for the information.
