I can't make the math to work ? I was at the dealership today getting very high payment just for a Q60 3.0t with max MSDs !

It is $528 + tax, as I mentioned earlier. For comparison, I kept the tax portion out of it, since it is variable depending on the municipality/state.

I didn't mention in this update, although I stated earlier in the thread, but my dealer honored the VPP Discount on this sale. With VPP (Business Partner), it came out to $400 over invoice. I negotiated down to invoice, and "gave in" on the dealership doc fees. However, I also paid out the dealer prep fee with MSDs so that the fee, although minor, wouldn't add to the monthly payment, and also would subsequently get taxed.

I pushed back as much as I could, but I was limited because the inventory of Iridium Blue Red Sport AWDs is low, especially with only the Premium Plus pacakge, and this particular car does not have any of the high-margin accessories (illuminated door sills, cargo organizer, etc.) tacked-onto the retail (VPP) price.

It's rare to see an Infiniti dealer mark up the money factor.
Did you ask them to waive any fees or deposits?
Is your credit lower than top tier?

If you ask them to waive the acquisition fee or security deposit (assuming a deposit is required), they do that by increasing the money factor. (which you don't want.. better off paying the fee or making the deposit).

Contrary to what i asked i think the dealer has rolled up taxes in teh payments. Also can i ask the dealer to drop all these other random fees ??

Accessories? You'll have to ask. Probably some useless aftermarket crap.
Government fees and acquisition fee are required.
$150 doc fee is just money for the dealer. Probably easier to negotiate a lower price, than concentrate on that fee.
Capitalized taxes is Texas sales tax. Capitalized signifies that the amount has been rolled into the lease payment.
Ask again for the money factor.

I've had a few questions about VPP, which is discount pricing Nissan/Infiniti provides to its employees, affiliates, dealer employees, US Military personnel, and College Grads. With my lease, I qualified for "Business Associate", which depending on the car, reduces the price to at or just above Invoice.

Add 1% to the residual for 10K. MF stays the same.

Our information was effective 11/01. If it's been updated since then, we won't have it.

Seem weird that residuals would change mid-month, though.

The only Infiniti that I see with that MF is the Q60 2.0T Premium AWD. (not that it means anything)

All I see for the 3.0T is the Premium trim, this month. Perhaps we'll have more information in December.

"The new Infiniti Q60 3.0t Sport is priced at $49,205 MSRP and with destination and handling included while Infiniti also offers an AWD option for an extra $2,000"

It's not listed as an option yet on the Edmunds Build and Price for the Q60 so I was just wondering if you might have more info available to you.

Those are the correct 24/10 numbers.

If there are any mid- or late-month changes, we won't know about them.

Confirm the adjusted cap cost with the dealer - if higher than the sale price, find out what's been added.

They do, but the numbers aren't competitive with the 39 month term.

24/15: .00145 MF and 69% residual
36/15: .00145 MF and 62% residual.

Add 2% for 12K/yr
