I'm showing .00110 this month, but that is for the Central region. Southern region could be different.

That residual amount = 62%. I show that as the 36/12 residual. 36/10 should be 63%

Residual: 32,661.68 (that calculates for me-68%-crazy??)
They told me 1500 down, but the paper work says, $763.17 due at signing, (for upfront charges and Advance payment 1st , I am assuming.
$500 lease cash
I asked for 36/10K, but this paperwork says 12K miles-so what I ever I negotiate, I will knock it down AFTER with the 10K miles.

Monthly payment is 534.92+ tax= 572.37

The residual amount is a percentage of MSRP.
As noted above, that number is 62%, which is correct for 36/12.
If you'll note above, I gave a payment of $533/mo.+tax, based on your numbers.

So, not sure what you think is wrong? I come up with a payment that is within $2/mo. of their quote.

36/10 residual would be 63%. That would knock about $14/mo. off the pre-tax payment.

Ahhhh, I was thinking that I should have a better MF, but silly me, was not thinking that this was 12K miles when I asked the sales guy for 10K miles. But love that it gives me more room to come down. Thank you so much for your information-always the best and so helpful!!

Pretty sure it's up to 9 MSDs, with each lowering the MF by .00008, for a total possible reduction of .00072.

We'd suggest you add the tax, doc fee and acquisition fee into the lease payment to reduce your out of pocket costs.

And, $1500 off sticker seems pretty paltry. Use the "make / model / year" pull downs at the top of the page to link to the price tools - your goal is to beat the TMV price for your zip code.

Need some help. I downloaded a few lease calculator apps and I'm getting monthly payment numbers that are totally different than what the dealer is quoting me.

These are the dealers numbers on 63% Residual and MF of .0011 for RX350 FWD 36months and 12k miles/yr with 8.75% sales tax in California.

MSRP: 55,754.00
Dealer Discount/Savings; 6,454.00
Vehicle Price (Net after Rebate): 49,300.00
0 Down/36 Months/12K = 604.56/monht
1K Down = 573.51/month

I'm getting ~$555/month once you factor in $700 Acquisition fee and $80 Doc fee for 0 Down on my apps. Are they factoring in any other fees that I'm unaware of?

I get $553.68, adding $780 to the sale price, and multiplying by 1.0875 for the tax rate.

But, it probably comes down to the definition of "0 down" or "1K down".

I define that term the way that you do, but it's possible the dealer actually means "0 due at signing" or "$1K due at signing", because that's how most people interpret it.

To know for sure? Ask for the adjusted CAP cost, in either case.

NJ taxes the sum of the payments - if you roll them into the cap cost, you'll pay interest on it, as well.
