Could I get the MF and residuals for:

2017 ES300h for 36/10
2016 ES350 for 36/10

This would be Southern California.

Would that same 59% and .00100 apply for a 2017 ES350? I was quoted .00150 and then .00140.
Also I heard 63% for 24/10. is that correct?

This is the 2017 forum.

36/10 residual is 59%.

24/10 residual is 65%

Dealer can mark up the MF for extra profit. Base MF is .00100

As of Nov 1, Lexus lease cash back increased to $750 and dealer offered to make first payment which reduced net cap cost. 36/10 residual of 59% and MF .00100. Also was given nice discount on MSRP

66%/64% residual for 24 months.

36 month lease has much less depreciation per month, plus fixed charges (acquisition fee, etc) are amortized over more months, further lowering the monthly payment.

I am kind of new to this with the MF and all. I am in Ft. Lauderdale Florida and the dealer gave me for a 36 month lease with 12K miles per year a 0.001 Money Factor 58% residual. They told me on the model without the navigation it would be $434 per month before tax or $460 per month including tax. This is with $1,500 down plus they are kicking in the $750 rebate and matching the first month lease cost toward money down.

Does this sound like a good deal for $434 or $460/month including tax?

In the Chicago suburbs, For ES 350 quoted MSRP $45,965, discounted price of $43,700 less Lexus $750 incentive for 36 month/15K per year, residual 56% and MF .0012, nothing down, taxes in payment. Payment of $598. Taxes are Lake County.

Does payment seem reasonable, or is there room to lower?

We show .00090 as the base rate for a 36 month lease in your region.
With a 5% discount, you might press for another $1000 off the price.

Getting the base rate would shave $20/mo. off
Another $1000 off would save $28/mo.

So, I'd shoot for $550/mo., or somewhere inbetween.

I get $542/mo with those numbers.

What is the adjusted cap cost the dealer is using? And, how did they get there from the selling price?

Residuals are adjusted quarterly, so there will probably be changes, next month.

What should I expect for residual and MF on an L-Certified used lease in OH? Also, I understand there is a step up for the residual for low mileage? This is for a '14 ES 350, 3 years, 15K miles/year.
