On the website, it says there is $2000 lease cash, is that regional?

Thank you. I was quoted MF as .00070 and "rebate savings" $2,250. MSRP is $40,209. Net Cap $$35,099, it's $0 due at delivery, 36 months/10k miles. Monthly pmt $412 (tax included).

Why do you think there is a difference in MF and lease cash?

If you have decent credit, don't let them pull that on you - insist on the base rate.

Keys to leasing:
1. Lease cars with great resale (ES350 is good).
2. Negotiate lowest possible sale price.
3. With good credit you should qualify for best money factor.

Our suggestion is to limit the OOP costs to just the first payment and DMV costs - roll the taxes and fees into the lease payment. That money will not come back to you if the car is stolen or totaled during the lease term.

$42,500 - 36 months.  $38,875. In the alternative he's offering 39 mos for $437 with $1450 oop.
