Curious to know the Residual and MF for a 36/10K and 36/7.5K for a 2017 ES350 in TX. Also, any lease cash available this month?

Here's the deal I am being offered: MSRP $45,984, Lease Price $41,718, Residual $25,280, MF 0.00020, 36/10K, $1000 down, $535 a month. Seems high to me....

Depending on your time frame, incentives should be much better in Jul/Aug. We leased ours last Aug when there were great discounts and a $3500 rebate for lease and/or conventional finance.

Texas assess sales tax against the entire selling price, which will jack up your payment compared to other states.

Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost, and how they got to that number from the selling price.

Hey, anyone know the current 2017 ES Lease money factor, incentives, and residual in NJ?

I got this now as my negotiated deal and was hoping someone could evaluate. If I wait will this price get better on a new 2018? I'm on the fence and might hold out for next years model.

    Eligible for new grad discount.

    MSRP 45,018.00
    2 MSDs
    36mo/12k

Looking for MF and RV for ES 350 in Northern Virginia; 24/10 and 36/10 please.

Current incentives? Also, I can wait until July if anyone has an idea of better incentives on the horizon.

    Hi,
Can you please MF and RV on ES350 with NAV/PRemium package in NY on 36/7.5K 36/10K. Does Lexus have 39 months lease, if yes, 39/7.5K and 39/10K.

Also, I heard they have something called "Move Up" incentive, do you know how much is that and any other incentives they have.

    Thanks

    .00020 and 55% for 36/10

    Add 1% for 36/7.5

    Subtract 2% for 39/10

    Subtract 1% for 39/7.5

    $2500 lease cash

No information on any incentives other than the lease cash

What is the adjusted cap cost, if the remaining lease payments are being rolled into the new deal?

    State and tax rate?

What is the breakdown of the $2000 up front cash?

Looks good on the surface, but the devil is in the details.

Looking for 2017 ES 350 MF and RV for 27mo/7.5K & 30mo/7.5K, South Florida region. So far I was quoted 61%/59% and .0007. Also, what would be a good percentage off of MSRP to go for in this region? 12%, 15%? Thank you for the help.

Thank you Michaell. Do you (or anyone else) happen to know a dealership in the South Florida area that is actually quoting the .00020? Yes, I will keep calling/emailing dealerships. I can cover from Orlando down, but I would prefer West Palm down & preferably the east coast.

Should I be negotiating the dealer fee too ($700 & up) or just stick with the car cost?

One of the new fees (for me) is the electronic Dealer DMV fee ($88.50+). Basically, because the dealer installed DMV equipment/software to process everything in house they want more money. This is in addition to the actual tax/tag/title that you pay the DMV. Has anyone else come across this? If so, did you negotiate it or try not to pay it at all?

Nice deal John - with those incentives, you were able to eliminate the pain of those remaining payments on the other lease.

Congrats and enjoy your new ES - they are fantastic cars!!

All of that is typical for Florida. Some dealers charge over $200 for electronic filing. I'll guess the actual fee is $29 or so..

It's better to work on the selling price, than try to negotiate each fee. Keep your eye on the total cost.

Thank you KYFDX. I found my first dealer today that quoted the .00020 and they have 3 of the ES version I want. Hopefully now I have some leverage with the local dealer, otherwise, the other dealer is only 1.5hrs away (imagine they would deliver it to me or at least meet me half way).

Questions about lease loyalty & other general incentives. I see others on this site talking about lease loyalty incentives ($1,000+/-) & CarsDirect says that there is a $750 lease loyalty incentive that was supposedly just put out by Lexus too. How do I access this? I called Lexus financial to inquire about it and they said they have nothing to do with it, each local dealer does it, so I have to call each of them. Anyone know if this is true? Lexus offered to eat my remaining payments, problem is, I'm done!

I know that my region is offering $2500 lease cash through 7/5, should I be getting a loyalty incentive on top of that? Also, CarsDirect says that Lexus has $1500 bonus cash through 7/5 as well. Does anyone know if this is true? If so, is it stack-able with the $2500? Is CarsDirect an unreliable site to get info from?

I asked about the Lexus Encore program too (on their website about loyalty and all the wonderful benefits - which they don't list the details of). They said, we have nothing to do with that, ask the dealer. Is this true? Anyone know the benefits or if it even exists? I saw a post on Edmunds or somewhere else that said Encore should get you .0001 off your MF?

As an FYI, I also inquired about GAP in every lease. I asked where in the lease it says it. They confirmed that it doesn't. They told me to call their GAP department to see if they would/could give me something in writing (oddly on the Lexus website there is a GAP page that talks about how much you need it and that they will sell it to you as an option at time of lease signing....)!!

I appreciate any and all info/feedback.

They told me to call their GAP department to see if they would/could give me something in writing (oddly on the Lexus website there is a GAP page that talks about how much you need it and that they will sell it to you as an option at time of lease signing....)!!

I appreciate any and all info/feedback.

Loyalty incentives should stack on any lease cash.

Can't tell you about the reliability of any other web site information.

LFS will almost always direct you back to the dealer with your questions.

I believe GAP is included in every Lexus lease; that said, I know that Toyota does not include GAP (must be purchased separately), so it could also be true for Lexus as well.

Just leased a base ES350 for $341 plus tax with $1000 out of pocket (not down payment, total out of pocket) at Lexus of North Miami. My last car, a Lexus GS350 base was a 27 month lease. This was 39/10. I didn't even know Lexus did 39 month leases!

South Florida: I'm being offered $478.58 (w/tx) for MSRP $45,984. Selling price $40,984. $0 down/out of pocket. $2,500 lease cash. 33 months, 7,500 miles. The dealer & acq fee are rolled in. Tax/tag/title/FL fees came off the $2,500, leaving $1,543.93 in cap cost. Two questions, is this a decent deal? And, I want to add a rear lip spoiler to the car so they want $10/mo for it - does that sound about right since it's a dealer install?

I do have one dealer offering me what I think is a too good to be true price, MSRP $45,984/$39,985/$468mo with the spoiler, but they are being a little shady. They won't share/explain any of the numbers & they want me to sign the lease today without the car. Normally a lexus dealer just runs your credit and u are in for the current deal, so when the car is ready, you sign & then drive. Any thoughts?

FYI, the new ES 350 lease deal for south florida is $4,000 lease cash, MF .0002, 30 months 57% & 33 months 56%.

By my calculations that should drop the offered payment above of $478.58 by $20. Am I right?
  • scoop11scoop11 Member Posts: 13
I ask because they came back offering only $10 off. It's still plus $10 for the spoiler.

Any word on new MF/RV for Lexus ES 350 36/10 kansas city area? Lease cash?
  • scoop11scoop11 Member Posts: 13
Yes on the $4,000 lease cash (I just checked this lexus site & clicked offer details, http://www.hendricklexuskansascity.com/LexusOffers_D. I don't know MF/RV numbers outside of South Florida. Just call any dealer in your area, ask for the finance/business mgr & ask them. That's what I did.

You're getting got. No more than $400/mo for a 7.5k/33 month lease w $1000 due if ur tier 1 for msrp 45k with 4k lease cash.

If you scroll back to my lease deal (I posted the contract) from last month in NJ on msrp $44639 + $1950 in negative equity from my old leased car i still got $389 12k/36 $1800 drive off (2MSDs = $800 refunded at end of lease). However i had 5k in lease cash cap cost reduction. 6k total cap cost reduction w/ my $1000 out of pocket.

Subtract out my old car $1950/36 I couldve gotten it for $389-$54= $335/month

The mods here don't like discussing sale prices. But there's a whole forum on leasehackr.

Thought i'd contribute to the forum and not just mooch.
I'm looking at Lexus ES 36/10 lease. I was told money factor is 0.0002 and RV of 55% with lease cash of $4000 for the new July deals.

I'm looking to get into a Lexus ES 350 with premium package with wood steering wheel and trim, ventilated seats. looks like msrp will be around $43000. Any one with experience with this type of package to guide me on negotiations. I'm shooting to get as close as possible to 400mo payment with 0 down.
