    No idea why TFS chooses to vary the money factors by region.
    Sometimes, a region will have the low money factor one month, but not the next.

    The only region I have so far is Chicago, and they aren't showing a lease program for the 2017 Highlander, this month.

    Thanks! I should have pulled the trigger last month when the money factor was closer to .00037. Big difference in monthly payment!

    Does the money factor drop at certain times of the year?
