Both are consumer rebates that have to be disclosed.

Your dealer is either misinformed or purposely obtuse.
But, giving them the benefit of the doubt, these programs just started on Tuesday.

I am working with my dealer on Long Island 11561 to finalize a 2018 Q5 P+ lease for 36/10:

I get $542/mo with the numbers and prices provided.

I'd roll the fees into the cap cost, but pay the taxes up front. In NY, if you add the taxes to the cap cost, you pay taxes on them a second time (go figure).

That's a good discount from sticker (9%), and the base MF.

What is your sales tax rate? 10%?
I come pretty close to that payment, though I have to estimate a few amounts.
The money factor markup is adding about $39/mo to the payment.

Do you know if Audi have standard nationwide disposition/purchase option fees by end of lease or is it case by case depending on dealer? What about penalties if terminating the lease earlier, what are the usual penalties Audi finance have?

There is a disposition fee, but I don't know the amount.

Don't lease, if you think you might need out early. The penalties are the difference between your lease payoff and current wholesale value... It could be thousands.

• does anyone know how the "lease pull forward" program works? i.e., does it only work for sedans if you own a sedan, are the remaining payments typically folded into the capitalized cost of the lease or omitted completely, etc.?
  
• I see on some of the "summer of audi" specific cars that the nav package (for example) is moved to the "comfort/technology" features and no longer a $2600 option on the window sticker - and the premium+ package is $2700 instead of $4000. Yes, those incentives will all stack.
They are all listed as CAP reductions.

I don't see any pull-ahead programs, this month. If they have an actual program, and you take advantage of it, you will forfeit the loyalty rebate.
Of course, dealers will offer to get you out of your current lease, but there is no free lunch, if Audi isn't actually sponsoring an official program.

On the Tech Value package cars, not only is the MSRP a little lower, they carry a 1% higher residual. That might result in a $20-$30 per month savings over the regular model, assuming they are equipped the same.

In CA, the only lease specific fee you should see is the AFS acquisition fee ($895)
You'll have the normal DMV/doc fees, like you would on any new car.

Yes, it is an incentive that lowers the CAP cost by the amount of the calculated payment.
