The CAP cost is the selling price plus any taxes or fees that you didn't pay up front.

i was quoted today in Florida, broward county, the below for this car.

Msrp $50325, premium plus, Manhattan gray metallic, 20” wheel pack, warm weather pack, cargo cover. 36 months / 12k miles

$566 total a month which included taxes (7% is sales tax in Florida), $2000 total cash down at signing.

It seems like a very good deal - but would like to hear thoughts.

Doesn't look like it, this month. There are special numbers for CA and FL only, however.
