Ok, so here was the final deal...

MSRP: $48,825.00
Final Sale Price: Not sure. Not seeing it anywhere in the paperwork but it was under what I asked about yesterday ($41,344.88) because I got them to come down $9+ on the monthly payment.
Down Payment: $2243.19, which included NYC taxes, doc fee, DMV fees + I paid up front for the All Weather Mats. I rolled the Acquisition Fee of $895 into the payment as per your suggestion that I've read in numerous posts. 1st month's payment was waived as well.
Monthly: $539. $500 monthly + $25 (acquisition fee) + $14 (Audi Care).

MA taxes the monthly payment on a lease. Do you have the adjusted CAP cost available?

I would have advised against such a large down payment on a lease. If the car is stolen or totaled, you would lose that up front money.

Just closed on a 2018 SQ5 Prestige, base money factor with 10 MSDs, (.00132) with a 11% discount PLUS rebates ($2500 + first month's payment) with $0 driveoff. Residual was 62% with audicare for 36/7500. Audi MF is not great right now, but thought this was pretty good overall.
