With that adjusted CAP, I get $722.66/mo.

That's a substantial gap. I would assume they marked up the money factor.

Almost over mileage Mike 

You'll have to drive a lot of miles to accrue $2200 of mileage penalties - 11,000, to be exact, at .20/mile.

Unless you'll drive that much in the next four months, you're better off keeping the old lease to termination, then deal with the mileage penalties at that time.
