We show .00147 as the base MF, this month. Those big discounts are partially reclaimed by that.

What does the $2500 down cover?

I get $525/mo with the marked up MF, and $510/mo with the base MF (tax included, and $0 down)

Here is my math; I assumed the $2500 covered all your inception costs, and nothing went to lower the cap cost.
