Wow, that's an incredible deal! My sale price was $30,412 and monthly payments are $376 (with the 6.75% Ohio tax). Everything, including all fees/tags/doc are built in to lease.

How likely is it to negotiate an even better deal, i.e. lower payment, than the current monthly specials with no more money down than is required and no trade? Do these numbers include all incentives available to the dealer? Haven't decided on which model - either 8-speed w/tech or v6 w/tech.

You can probably do a little better than the advertised deal..

But, read the fine print. That doesn't include tax, DMV fees or dealer fees. Your price won't be the same, even if you get the same deal. Yes, those ads include all incentives.

That is correct.

It just looks like a big discount, but most of it is coming from Acura, not the dealer's pocket.

If the score is between 660 and 709, the MF is .00095
