I am new here and see many people getting deals for less than MSRP and my question is this: How much can I realistically expect to see reduced from MSRP for the TLX? I'm sure, like anything else, it varies by the trim/package, but here's my situation...

I currently lease a 2015 TLX V6 base model that expires soon and am debating between:

• another TLX V6 base (or Tech or Advance package if I can get a good deal/reduction of MSRP)
  
• 2018 Honda Accord 2.0T 10AT
  
• 2018 Honda Accord 2.0T Hybrid
  

From what I have researched, it appears that my monthly payments on the above Accord(s) would be much higher than an Acura lease since Hondas don't typically offer great lease deals compared to Acura.

Obviously, I am trying to get the best deal possible and would like to keep my monthly payments at or below $400 with $0 down for 12k/36 mo lease. So for the experts out here, knowing my preferences do you think it's a waste of time for me to keep looking at the Accords? How about TLX w/Tech or Adv?

Currently, the deals on the TLX are better than on the Accord, but the gap is closing.

We don't track pricing, so can't tell you how much of a discount you can get; look back at the last few pages of this thread to see what others have been able to accomplish, and plan accordingly.

Yes, this is a vehicle that you might be able to lease for 1% of MSRP.
The 27 month deal is not any better than 36 months. Amortizing $3000 over 27 months just makes it seem cheaper.

The deals are really good on the 2018's, this month. Not sure that the discounting, or the lease numbers, will be as favorable on the 2019's.

Hello,

Question regarding the lease special on the Acura website. Was looking at the V6 w/Tech Pkg. I believe it's $349 for 36 months w/$2499 down. The $2499 is used to reduce the cap cost? So if I didn't want to put that down and only pay fees - i.e registration, etc, my payment would go up roughly $75/mo ($30 per $1000)?

Assuming I could do better with dealer, but just want to confirm this first.

What is the MF, residual, and incentives on a 2018 TLX base model. 10k miles/36 months. I live in MD. I currently have 4 months left on a 2016 ILX lease and they are trying to put me into a TLX now. I was quoted 340/month with $1k down which includes first month payment. Also carry over 11k miles which will be added to the 30k I’d be paying for. Thanks for your help.

I'm just a penny off of that quote - likely a rounding error.

How much is due at signing?

Looks like $900 of fluff - what are the aftermarkets? And, the doc fee is pretty high, even for NJ.

Only way to improve on this deal is to negotiate a bigger discount from sticker.
