Hi do you know how to calculate the total amount i have to pay for the car in 36 months.
If I was leasing a TLX V6 Base whice MSRP is 37165, Would I have to pay like half that amount in the end of 36 months like (18,500) I don't know how to calculate that. Is my total the depriciation amount.?

Well, the $1157 works out to about $32/mo, so now I'm at $350/mo before tax. Pretty close to your dealer quote.

We aren't fans of up front cash on a lease - would you pre-pay your apartment rent?

You should definitely get an additional discount.

So I received an offer for the AWD w/ Tech of 393.61 before tax. Assuming list of 42,850, residual of 52%, mf of .00054 implies a discount of 7,500. Is that correct? Seems pretty large - not complaining...

Yeah, but almost $5900 of that is in the form of incentives .... so, only $1600 true discount from sticker.

Your sale price might already include the lease incentives.

Yup.. what he said. The incentives are all Acura-to-dealer incentives, and incorporated into the sale price.

Yup.. what he said. The incentives are all Acura-to-dealer incentives, and incorporated into the sale price.

So using those numbers, your effective dealer discount is $2590.8, which is about 7.6% off MSRP before the lease incentive.

Thank you. I'm in North Carolina. I think the adjusted cap cost is the $29,999? They are rolling fees, etc.. into the payment. I'll get additional info later this morning.

I’m assuming this is the V6? If so, doesn’t look like you included the destination fee (usually around $945) in the MSRP value. Also, in order for the forum moderators to evaluate this, they need the other fees (even though they’re being built into the monthly cost).

Your residual doesn't match your "Market Value".
Is market value the MSRP? If not, what is the MSRP.

The residual should be exactly 51% of the MSRP.
Did they give you the adjusted CAP cost?

I think your goal is unrealistic.
