2018 Acura TLX Lease Deals and Prices

Hi all - I got the dealer down to 420/mo (cap cost 33875 plus $600 bank fee) on a 2018 AWD w/tech, 36 mo 10k miles (first month + 225 doc fee due at signing). What do you think?

they are however saying the residual is 58 percent not 54 as stated here Which I believe the sales rep to be bluffing. 

The dealer cannot alter the residual value; it is set by the bank. Or, it's a different trim or mileage/term than what you're looking for

36/10 is 52% for 2.4 base. Dealer is not allowed to adjust it - if they do, the contract will be rejected by the bank and sent back to the dealer.

I have been looking into leasing the 2018 TLX V6 P-AWS Tech Package.

Can you help me confirm the MF, Residuals, and Incentives for Zip code 33570? Based on prior threads for 36/15K, I am assuming: MF = .00054 Residual = 47%?

Seems like I should be able to get this under $400/mo with just paying taxes/fees etc up front.

Appreciate the advice!

We don't track pricing, but certainly more than the discount on a unit with 28 miles on it.

I know this is the lease thread but would you happen to know the incentives for purchasing the vehicle? Dealer quoted me 40k from 45.7k as the sale price but I don’t know how much of it is from purchase rebates. I’m looking to lease it but wanted to see their dealer discount first.

TLX V6 AWD A-Spec, the dealer went radio silent after I asked him to apply the 5500 off the 40k since I intended on leasing it.
