$3000 incentive, regardless
+$2500 for leases only.

So, the difference between cost to the dealer between purchase/lease is $2500.
Those are all dealer incentives.

Firstly thanks for all your help on the forum. I am coming to the end of my 535i lease so have been looking around.
I got a TLX loaner while my MDX was in the shop so started looking at those numbers as well.
I've managed to get $300 plus tax on a 2.4i with Tech package
$1145 due at signing
Discount of 9634 off MSRP.
Sounds like a really good deal. I live in So Cal
Any thoughts?

The calculations are correct, but I'd say you have at least another $1000 of room on the selling price, which would save $30/mo on the payment

This looks like an unbelievably great deal. How did you work it down so low? The TLX I'm looking to lease has a MSRP of 39,165, and for a 36/10 lease they want me to pay $489. I'm not going for it.

Is your price quote for a purchase or a lease?
If it's for a purchase, the incentive is only $3000, and the price is decent.
For a lease, you'd want another $2500 lower.

Sorry to repeat the question. I would think Acura would be anxious to get rid of the 2018 TLX's since the 2019's are rolling in. Everyone seems to be getting much better deals. Do you have any advice to get the lease cheaper?

OK, so the MSRP is $39,165 and the selling price is $33,985. With $4200 of incentives, the true discount is less than $1000. There is definitely room to improve on that number.

But - I can't tell you what to target. The moderators do not track pricing of individual models.

Reporting on my deal - got a TLX w/AWD and Tech zero down (first month + 200 doc fees due at signing) for $393/mo including tax on a 3 year 30k mile lease. Also got them to give me all-weather mats (used to be easier for me to get these but now it's like pulling teeth...).

I wouldn't assume anything - I'd get a hard number from the dealer, so we can do the math.
